Paras season is a great society to live, with no concerns of parking at all, low density and only 8 towers. You do not feel claustrophobic here unlike neighbouring societies or even compared to Sec-137 societies. It is in the centre of the Business Hub. The society is well-lit and with the formation of new RWA, small upkeeps will be sorted. Its a low rise society, so you feel like home and not a commercial building. It has one of the best club houses and has 2 swimming pools + very nicely maintained gym + reading room. It has a very affordable club house restaurant. The Society has 15+ amenities ranging from a salon to groceries to an Appolo Pharmacy.

Paras Seasons is a good society with all of the necessary amenities. The amenities and facilities are exceptional. It offers a good playground for children and a market that meets all of your basic needs such as groceries, salons, and dairy. The community also contains a swimming pool, a gym, and a basketball court. The society is also well connected, as the main commuter road is directly in front of it. The construction quality is also excellent. The management of society is satisfactory. Rent is somewhat pricey in contrast to other societies in the area. The food in the restaurants here isn't all that great. The park area is insufficient. Visitors have a difficult time finding parking. Many times, water becomes contaminated.

I've been living in Paras season for the past two years. This house contains all of the fundamental amenities that we look for in complexes, such as parks for children, 24x7 security and power backup, a cycling track landscaping park, a department shop, and so on. We have our own vehicle, so it's not a major deal, but others looking for public transportation have a difficult time finding even an auto rickshaw. However, if someone has their own automobile, it is connected to the Noida highway and is convenient. The primary issue I dislike is that the amenities and facilities are not adequately maintained, such as the lack of clean water in the swimming pool and the lack of basic gym equipment. Cleaning at the park is not done on a regular basis.

High security ensures safety, and CCTV cameras installed all around avoids mischievous events such as pilferage. All stores, including groceries and poultry, are located within the society itself. Green parks and playgrounds encourage people to participate in various workouts. There is enough area for children to play. Nearby are shopping malls and brand outlets. Lifts are very old. The metro station is also about 6 kilometres away. The community does not have a swimming pool, and the gym is small. You need bring your own car because there is no public transportation nearby, though you can call a cab. There is a badminton court, however it is little. The inside construction is old, and the lifts are not adequately maintained. Parking space is also scarce and limited.

The security features are excellent, as is the parking space. Visitors are not permitted without a gate pass, and the neighbours are cordial. Poor upkeep and a lack of surrounding shops There is no Metro station nearby. There is no swimming pool available. There is also the issue of traffic congestion.

The society is normal, but its structure is poor, and it is not adequately maintained. Lifts are unclean and do not work correctly. Gardens and a children's play area are likewise undesirable. However, if you are on a tight budget and work in the corporate sector, you should have a look because it is close to major business parks and Noida SEZ and the rent is affordable in comparison to other societies.
