The neighbors are really friendly, and there are CCTV cameras installed for security. The guards also take good care of our homes when we're away. It's a great place to live, especially if you have kids and pets.
During rainy days, there can be a strong smell in the area. Parking space is limited, which can be inconvenient. There's only one park, and it doesn't have swings, which might be a downside if you have kids.

Vatika India Next, in Sector 82, is a great place for families. One of the best things about it is that there isn't much traffic, making it a peaceful area to live in.
One downside is that the main road is a bit far from the society. If you don't have your own vehicle, you'll need to walk a bit to reach the main road.

It sounds like the society is decent, with adequate facilities, but there's room for improvement in the community amenities. Enhancing the parks with additions like swimming pools and a society gym could help residents stay mentally and physically fit.
Some areas that could use improvement include the addition of a swimming pool and updated gym equipment for the society gym. Strengthening security measures and establishing a club are also important factors to consider.

Vatika INXT floors offer spacious and well-maintained playgrounds, with shops for daily needs within walking distance. There's ample parking available and well-kept lush green parks. Even during the rainy season, there's no water logging issue. Essential services like WiFi, power supply, water supply, sewerage, and rainwater harvesting are well-maintained by professionals from Enviro. The society is guarded, with stickers required for cars and maids provided with photo ID cards. It's also pet-friendly, with designated areas for animal waste. Additionally, there's a reliable power backup system and treated water for the lawns.
The area faces challenges with poor road conditions and issues with revenue roads. Public transport options are limited, and there's no nearby metro station, which can be inconvenient for residents.

The plots in Vatika Sector 82 are generously spacious, offering ample parking for cars. There are multiple parks for children to play in, creating a pleasant environment. Additionally, there's a dog park where you can spend quality time playing with your pet. The society is known for its tranquility, with minimal disturbances.
The main issue with Vatika Sector 82 is its connectivity. Due to its proximity to the Manesar border, there's a slight problem with transportation. Residents often have to wait for 10-15 minutes for cabs or other public transport, and there's no nearby metro station. The distance to the nearest metro station is significant, making it the biggest drawback of living in the area.

As you enter the society, you'll notice tight security checks ensuring that only residents or confirmed visitors are allowed in. The buildings are well-constructed with plenty of outdoor space. Most festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community. Maintenance services are excellent, and there's plenty of greenery around the houses. Neighbors are cooperative, and the society is kept clean every day. Additionally, there's a weekly fogging to prevent mosquito growth, ensuring a comfortable environment for all residents.
The only downside to the society is the absence of a club or gym facility within the premises.

It's an open area with plenty of space for activities like cycling, playing, and exploring. The pollution levels are very low here. There are many shops, malls, schools, and hospitals nearby now. The construction quality of flats is decent, and there's a variety of options available, including high-rise and low-rise flats, plots, floors, and villas. The design of the flats is also appealing.
There are some drawbacks regarding society management and security. Currently, there isn't a proper Residents Welfare Association (RWA), and security measures are lacking. Entry into the area is not well regulated, as guards don't thoroughly check visitors. Security is therefore a concern. Additionally, the location is a bit outside the city, about 15 kilometers from Rajiv Chowk. There's room for improvement in the construction quality of the flats as well.

Vatika India Next is a highly developed area and considered one of the best places to live. It boasts well-constructed societies with beautiful parks and swimming pools. Additionally, there's a nearby mall offering all the essential shops and restaurants.
Every place indeed has its pros and cons. One drawback of Vatika India Next is that malls and shops tend to get crowded in the evenings, leading to rush and congestion.

The neighborhood boasts a lush green environment, convenient accessibility to all amenities, a friendly community, numerous clinics for healthcare needs, and nearby access to cost-effective goods from the village.
Here are drawbacks such as limited security measures, absence of gym and pool facilities, no designated play courts, and overall lesser maintenance standards.

The neighborhood is rich in greenery, characterized by friendly residents, easy access to essential amenities nearby, and proximity to a village offering quality goods at lower prices.

I've been living in this neighborhood for nearly six years now. Initially, I bought one flat, but as time went on, I grew to love the peaceful atmosphere, lush greenery, safety measures, and the various amenities available here. Eventually, I decided to invest in two more flats. It's got everything one could ask for – reliable power backup, well-maintained roads, top-notch schools nearby, plenty of shopping malls, and even movie theaters. You name it, and we've got it here. I genuinely enjoy living in this area

It sounds like a wonderful gated community, offering security with features like 24/7 CCTV surveillance and full power backup. The provision of stickers for vehicles ensures a noise-free environment and adds to the safety of the area. It's great to hear that it's pet-friendly and surrounded by lush greenery, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The street and block markings make navigation easy, and overall, it seems like a well-planned residential project. Being one of the prime areas in Gurgaon with less pollution, it's understandable why you love living there!

It's like a mini city where you can find everything you need nearby. Whether it's watching a movie, shopping, seeing a doctor, or sending your kids to school, it's all right there in the township. The roads are well-built and easy to navigate. Plus, there are lots of parks and club areas for both kids and older folks to have fun.
Since it's located on the outskirts of Gurgaon, public transportation can be a bit challenging at times. The maintenance vendor charges a bit more, and other services like plumbers, carpenters, and painters also tend to be pricier due to the location.

It's a great place to live because it's clean and the environment is nice. There's plenty of space for walking, doing yoga, and exercising, thanks to the spacious grounds. The society is also well-maintained.
The floors here are a bit pricey, and some of them don't have elevators. Also, there isn't a nearby metro station, so it's not very convenient for metro connectivity.

Great place to live with its spacious layout, abundant parks and green spaces, well-managed homes and common areas, good parking, and friendly residents. it's generally a wonderful place to live, with reliable water supply.
The lack of sports facilities and the presence of businesses in residential areas without management intervention are notable drawbacks.

It's a secure and family-friendly place to live, conveniently located near shopping malls, the highway, and a proposed metro station. Residents can live happily here and benefit from nearby good schools, hospitals, and doctors. The location is fantastic, with an open gym available for fitness enthusiasts and plenty of natural air to enjoy. Overall, it's a great place to be happy and content.
The society lacks gym and club facilities, which can be disappointing for residents. Additionally, having a swimming pool would provide a fun activity for families to enjoy with their children.
Tenant | 12 months ago
Well-maintained area with fresh air, away from traffic congestion.
There are some concerns with the construction quality and the gym facilities not meeting expectations.

It's a great place to live with lots of nice features. We have a clubhouse and a gym that are kept in good shape. The people who take care of maintenance do a good job, and it doesn't cost too much. There are nice parks and playgrounds for kids, and we feel safe because security is good. The roads are wide and well-built, and the buildings are well made. Plus, we have shops nearby for groceries and other things we need.
While there's an open gym available, there's no indoor gym facility. Additionally, there are some parking issues in the area. Pollution remains a constant concern in Gurgaon. Unfortunately, there's no metro connectivity available nearby.
