In this 2BHK apartment, you get a carpet area of nearly 1100 sqft out of 1350 sqft, which is quite spacious compared to other projects. Additionally, this project has the lowest density of flats in relation to the project area, meaning there are fewer apartments crowded into the space, offering a more open and less congested living environment.

The biggest drawback of the project was the significant delay in completion, which caused inconvenience to buyers. However, the construction pace has improved recently, although there's still some way to go. If the builder maintains this momentum, the project has the potential to overcome this disadvantage and emerge as one of the finest in the area.

In terms of security, it's a gated society with well-trained security guards. The clubhouses provide amenities like steam rooms, a pool, a gym, and more. There are parks for adults to run or jog, and they also offer a pleasant place to sit in the evening.
I've heard about potential seepage issues, but I'm not entirely sure about the details. Besides that, there don't seem to be any significant problems in this society. It's a great place to live, and if you're considering it for investment purposes, that seems like a good choice as well.

The community has a lot of green spaces, well-maintained gardens, and plenty of parking. Each flat is designed for good ventilation and natural light. The layout of the towers is well-planned and organized.
The maintenance agency is uncooperative, electricity charges are too high, the security system/agency is unsatisfactory, there's seepage in the basement parking, and despite payment, the club hasn't been constructed yet.

The layouts are among the best in this price range, and the construction is of high quality. Mountain-facing flats offer a fantastic view of the Shiva mountain range.
Public transportation isn't very reliable yet, but auto-rickshaws and taxis are readily available for commuting. There are plans for a metro on the SPR road, but it's expected to take some time to materialize.

I lived in same society there are problems with seveage, when you will in basement always water dropping many places
