Public transportation are easy to find and travel. Power backups are there in the premises. People are friendly.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there is an issue of waterlogging outside the society. Some areas of the building also experience seepage issues. Due to limited space, there is no proper park for children to play here.

Good things here
The connectivity is excellent, and the society offers a plethora of amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, temple, and playground. No seepage issues, no poor quality buildings, and no problems with colors. Additionally, there is ample parking available.

It's hard to find any faults in this society.

Good things here
Connectivity to public transporattaion like auto cabs e rickshaw and as well as market area is nearby. Construction os teh spciety is on par and it is fully maintained byt he comitty

Maintainance is very poor. Group of boys come around and smoke together and throw alcohol bottles in the parking and there is no accountability or checking for the same. The garbage has not thrown properly by the people of the scoiety and it creates a huge mess

Good things here
Connectivity is good auto,cabs,buses easily avialable. Mall ,market and hospitals are nearby. basement parking,swiming pool,gym is avialable in this society

Park and kids playing area is not avialable . Metro and railway station is not nearby you have to travel 5-8 km away from society

Good things here
There are several malls, movie theatres and shopping complexes near by, building and society condition are outstanding, roads well maintained inside society, cabs and auto are easily available.

Poor parking facility. Guest vehicles are not allowed inside society's parking.

Good things here
Neighbours are really cooperative. All the events and festivals are celebrated together. Hygeine is properly maintained. Gyms and clubhouses are present.

Metro station is far away from the society. The residents have to travel long ways to reach the station. No swimming pool is there.

Cabs and autos are available near the society. Gaur city mall is also nearby. CCTV cameras and lifts are involved in the society. There is no issue of water leekage or seepage or even water logging during the monsoon season. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, parks and club house are available in the society. Neighbours' behaviour depends on the person.

Metro station is very far away. There are no issues with the society, it's pretty good to live in.

Good things here
The society is small thats why people are more interactive with each other, people are socialised , connected to each other, all religion festivals are celebrated here in the society. Neat & clean society, and rest amenities are well maintained here, nicely clean.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is just average in the society because no metro station nearby the society, no public transports are available easily. There is also an issue of traffic outside the society , the parks are small here and some issues of seepage.

Connectivity has improved drastically in the past couple of years. There are several metro stations nearby now. Metro bus is also available. The maintenance of the society is very good. Gym, club house and swimming pool are also fine. The residents in the society are also good. There are several shopping options, there is a shopping center as well, you won't feel the need to go anywhere else for shopping.

The maintenance and the construction both are up to the mark as residents dont really any pro blem of leackage and all and also the society is very clean and now talking about the connectivity then it is also very good as residemts acn easily find taxi and all.

There is no as such issue in the society, only it takes 30 minutes for the residents to reach metro and for rail.
