Good things here
The society's location is convenient with nearby availability of household items like vegetables and grocery stores. Public transport facilities such as metro stations and cabs are within 3-4 km, providing easy accessibility. The presence of a well-maintained playground for children adds to the family-friendly atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The drawbacks of the society include inadequate parking space, a lack of streetlights, low-quality roads, and the absence of parks within the society.

Good things here
It's lovely to have beautiful parks scattered throughout the area. The availability of taxis round the clock and proximity to large markets make it very convenient. The connectivity via metro trains is another plus point. Many roads are well-paved, and there are plenty of stationery shops nearby. It's great that most festivals are celebrated within our locality, fostering a sense of community. Plus, there are departmental stores and other essential amenities easily accessible.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that there's limited parking space due to space constraints, leading to frequent traffic jams. Additionally, the absence of parks or poorly maintained ones is disappointing. The swimming pools for both public and kids not being well-maintained is another concern. Moreover, the high maintenance charges imposed by the management add to the challenges faced by residents.

Good things here
The society is excellent, always neat and clean, with friendly and humble residents. Water is readily available at any time, and CCTV cameras are installed for added security. Within walking distance, there's a market with grocery, medical, and fish shops available, making it convenient for daily needs.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges in this area are quite high, which can be a concern for residents. Additionally, the condition of the roadsides is poor, and there's no nearby metro connectivity. The distance to the railway station is also quite far, and the absence of a gym adds to the amenities that residents may miss.

It is an under-construction project which is equipped with unique facilities like Jacuzzi, Steam Room and many more. A very high-profile person lives in this project. The neighborhood was also very nice.

This is one of the best apartments and well maintained. It is a very neat and clean luxury house with all facilities good place for kids to play. It is well maintained and clean property to stay in.

I am in love with my flat. The flat is spacious and also has a balcony. Apart from this, the build quality is very good and the fixtures inside are also modern and of high quality. They're offering everything from jogging tracks, and security, to gyms, intercom access, and more, in brochures.
