There are issues with water leakage both inside the building and on the ground. Additionally, there seem to be numerous hidden charges that significantly increase the rent. The drainage system for water isn't constructed or maintained properly, leading to water accumulation even in parking spaces.

Living in this society near the city center is a great choice. It's spacious and offers a wide range of amenities. Despite COVID restrictions, there's still plenty to enjoy within the compound, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to live.

The visitor entry process into the premises is quite cumbersome, often resulting in long queues and delays of at least 20 minutes at the gate. The level of security feels excessive for a residential area, resembling that of a prison, with multiple gate checks and biometric access required. Residents often feel harassed if they're not carrying their residence cards, adding to the frustration of entering the premises.

While Prestige Jindal City is a bit far from the city, the ongoing construction of the metro may ease transportation in the future, although it currently poses challenges for some residents. Additionally, there is relatively less greenery both within and outside the apartment complex. However, despite these drawbacks, it remains one of the best apartments in Bangalore.

While there aren't many major issues, there are some things to consider. Firstly, neighbors don't seem to connect much. Secondly, the lobby isn't always clean, which isn't ideal. Pollution from nearby construction, highways, and factories, especially from burning rubber, can affect health. Lastly, visitor parking is often a mess, blocking pathways and basement parking. Fixing these would make living here much better for everyone.

The society is located near a metro station and bus stop is also nearby so their will be no issues of public transport. It is a gated society with security and cctv are installed almost in all places and each tower has a reception where a security guard is appointed to ensure safety and guide guests. Waiting area is also available furnished with sofas and table with a socket near by to charge you phones or laptop. The Club house offers Gym, Reading room, Yoga room, Party hall, Cafe ,Indoor play area where you can play Board games, Table tennis, Badminton, Squash. Cards games, Outdoor play area is also available where you can play Mini Soccer, Cricket nets , Tennis, there is also a swimming people which is not so deep and is safe for children, You can also find washroom in the club house, Children's play area is also there in the society. There are shops inside the society where you can buy your daily amenities,nMarketing office is also located in the society itself. Private parking space is also available. ,

It is willing to provid me a lot of valuable facilities on a reasonable budget. The main attraction is the open space, so many green plants and Park to relax at night and weekends. I also liked standard sports facilities for children including the swimming pool, all other outdoor, indoor facilities and other security such as 24-7 CCTV, cafes, schools, theaters and wi-fi too., everything is satisfying from the quality of construction and interior for maintenance services. I highly recommend this place.

Sometimes waterlogging and cellular network creates issue but not so much to be highlighted. Good maintenance and security on this project, I am willing to move in soon.

Far from noise and pollution, you will find this project is very good. Social convenience is also in the project itself. You will enjoy staying away from the crowd of cities on this project. Security is top class with CCTV supervision and 24-7 services. You can also get a quick response for maintenance and all requests. There are cafes, schools if you have children and even Wi-Fi is available. Everything you want is on the project. The quality of construction is also good with a peaceful area. Prestige Jindal City was the best decision for my family. I have children and they will enjoy all the facilities such as the Indoor Games, Kids Pool, Landscaped Garden, Library, and more. There is 24-7 security with CCTV. The overall area is safe until now. The interior is beautiful and everything is so detailed- the entrance has an Elegant lobby flooring (Ground Floor) and cladding in granite/marble, Lobby flooring (Upper Floor) in vitrified tiles and lift cladding in marble/granite, All lobby walls with texture paint and ceilings in OBD, Service staircase and service lobby in Kota stone with OBD on walls and ceilings. Everything is so perfect, I would love living here.

I like that the project has Lift Maintenance, Staff Party Area, Play Area, Rain Water Harvesting Recreation, Restaurant, Salon Security, Personnel Skating, Rink, Spa, Squash Court, Swimming Pool, Table Tennis, Temple, Tennis Court, Volley Ball Indoor, 24Hrs Backup Electricity Broadband, Internet Intercom, Jacuzzi, Steam, Sauna, and Wifi Connection. and excellent security along with other aspects, I mean tie-up with BMW, CCTV monitoring, smart cards, etc. The ease of sports global standards and all sports facilities are there with schools, Wi-Fi, theater, cafeteria, and more. The area is safe as a whole.
