Good things here
Its situated within a layout which is a very convenient place .You will get almost everything within walkable distance.
Autos and Cabs easily available
No water logging on roads
Great cleanliness
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
Good quality plaster and fitting
Understanding and good landlords
Educated & decent residents
Pets friendly
Residents pay maintenance in time

Things need improvement
Nothing much to dislike except its not a big society like other sky scrappers . But in a way its good because less crowd and peaceful
