Good things here
The owners and tenants in the community exhibit good cooperation, and the association actively engages in resolving minor issues affecting the residents, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Things need improvement
While there is no bore well, the dependency on Carvery water is huge. But one good thing is that, in the event of any sudden water shortage, the association promptly arranges for a tanker, and the service is provided free of cost.
