Good things here
She said my parents live there, currenty main out of town hoon for studies. She said society ka cleanliness accha hai, garbage is disposed on time. Balconies hain flats mein , ventilation accha hai. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks sab hai society mein. People are friendly & cooperative in society. Lifts are there in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity ka issue, if you do not have your personal vehicle, aapko kahi bhi jaane ke liye auto lena padhta hai, and autos are expensive. Cabs aajata hai lekin odd hours mein dikkat hota hai. Metro bhi door hai , auto lena padhta hai wahan jaane ke liye. Seepage ka issue hota hai flat mein kabhi kabhi.

The society is well connected by road. Metro station is nearby the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. There are 2 banks and 2 ATM inside the society premises. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Water supply issues are not faced in the society. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. constructuion quality is very good in the Flats, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Table tennis, badminton court, banquet halls are also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is safe and secured, all the towers has got one security guard. Security apps are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Paintings are done on time.
Things need improvement
For Drinking water the residents has to install RO for consumption of water. The quality of the water is avaerage that is received in the society as it is ganga water. However, sometimes some seepage and leakage are seen in the basement area, but it is maintained immediately.

The public transport was available outside the society , market area is nearby ,ola and uber are avaiable in the society,the maintenance charges are reasonable in the society, all amenities are there like gym , clubhouse, swimming pool in the society in a well maintained condition, the people are educated and decent

Metro is 10km away from the society, there is a ceiling and seepage issue in one of my room

Good things here
Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory, cabs and autos are easily accessible. There is a Market area near the society. Maintenance quality is excellent, with proper cleanliness. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There is no water logging issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are very decent and well educated.
Things need improvement
The constant movement of people in and out causes inconvenience, as the elevators are frequently occupied as having only two elevators may not be enough.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, with easy availability of cabs and autos nearby, but preferred travelling with own vehicle. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Neighborhood was friendly. People were well educated and civilised. Schools and hospitals were also available nearby
Things need improvement
The construction quality was very poor and the builder not paying any attentions. to it. we need strict management to take care of it.

Good things here
Autos and rickshaws are available, and there is a large market near the society. The maintenance is satisfactory, with CCTV and lifts in place, and problems get resolved when reported. The society has a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained. Neighbors are friendly and cooperative. There is no water logging problem in the society, and events are celebrated. The society has ample space for walking, and a notable feature is its spacious layout.
Things need improvement
The metro is not close to the society, and there are minor issues with seepage and leakage. Despite these challenges, the society functions adequately, addressing concerns as they arise.

Good things here
As per Ridhi, The entire family drives on thier own, our concern is very less with metro or pulic transport, but nearest metro station(Sector 83) is 10 minutes drive from their residence.
Things need improvement
The RWA is very less informative, They don't pass any information, There are not helpful. There is too much of nepotism in the society. She lives on the ground floor & people from different floors keep throwing garbage every now & then, even water is dripping from up, They are not allowed to put a shed outside, If you know anyone like example(chairman is a friend of yours, those people are allowed to put chair or shed outside the house on the ground floor.) which creates unfair treatment for regular residents.

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbages collection is not done on time. Water supply is not good in the society. Drinking water is not avilable for 24*7 in the society. electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is not avilable in the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
There is a vegetable market and market mall etc. near this society metro buses and auto cabs are also available nearby to go anywhere and there is a proper swimming pool, gym and club house and a play area for children inside the society. And it is also maintained and the water supply, power backup etc. in the society also runs very well and there is a good separate space for parking too.
Things need improvement
There should be a charging station in the society for EV car and there is some problem of seepage in the society. The plaster also starts falling off like a papdi due to dampness.

Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. electricity issues are not faced in the society. Paintings are done on time. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all, drainange system of the society is good. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. There are 2 Lifts available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings of common areas are done on time. The location of the society is very good. Stray dog issues are not faced in the society.

There should be an U-turn outside the society for easy vehicle movement, the crossover is difficult.

Maintenance department in our society is doing a great job, ensuring cleanliness and addressing any issues promptly. It's reassuring to know that there are no leakage issues and that the overall build quality is excellent. Additionally, having amenities like a swimming pool and a clubhouse adds to the quality of life in the society. It's also wonderful to have friendly and cooperative neighbors who participate in celebrating festivals together.

Based on my experience, I haven't encountered any issues in this society. However, it's worth noting that there is no nearby metro facility, so residents must rely on local transport options, which can sometimes be challenging to access.
