The society has a decent reading lounge for residents, specifically for kids. Society is eco-friendly as it offers proper rain water harvesting, sewage treatment plant and solar water heater panels. They have a good quality gymnasium in the complex premises. Gopalan mall and CMH Hospital are at walking distance.

I am very much mesmerised by the facility of Amphitheatre, as my kids love participating in community activities and they are learning a lot there. Society has got 9/7 power back up, water supply and eco-friendly solar water heater. Their supporting and maintenance staff is also very polite and helpful.

I am new to the city but never felt so, after shifting here. The community of the society is quite friendly. Bachelors like me are always excited to hit the Squash court or a barbecue area in the night which is in very good condition here. I am in love with my space.

All the amenities are almost okay in the complex but safety of the people has been compromised as the sensitisation of the maintenance staff has not been done properly and they lack etiquette. On most days we have water supply but whenever a shortage happens it doesn't come for 2-3 days.

The complex is in the close vicinity of Euro Kids, RMZ Infinity Tech Park and CMH Hospital, so it has become very easy for my grandparents to go to Hospital for their regular health checkups. Complex has elegant landscaped gardens, an olympic size swimming pool, above all they have a calm and clean ambience.

Assetz 38 & Banyan is located in one of Bangalore's most desirable addresses, with various amenities and services adjacent to CV Raman Nagar. Everything is within walking distance, including green parks, a gym, an ATM, food stores, and other amenities. The interior roads are well-maintained and well-lit at night. There are also CCTV cameras installed throughout the building. There is a minor issue regarding the network, which isn't ideal, and you might not be able to work from home as comfortable as you would want at times.

There is a minor issue regarding the network, which isn't terrific, and you might not be able to work from home as comfortable as you would want. You would be enticed to settle here by the adequate parking space, strong connection, and well-built houses.
