The shops, malls, cinema halls, colleges, institutes and hospitals are nearby which is an additional advantage for all the residents. Almost all types of amenities including a grocery shop, gym, pool, jogging tracks, etc. are there. Street lights are there alongside the roads hence you can walk around freely even during the night without any fear.

Also, the colleges, schools, and other institutes are available in abundance.

The amenities such as shops, malls, schools, colleges, and hospitals are reachable within 1 to 5 km. Lots of parking space for residents as well as for the visitors. Water and electricity are not an issue are available all the time. Cabs reach here easily and the public transport is also quite accessible.
