My experience has been good. I have booked an apartment and they have promised possession. The location is good and the layout is well designed and maintained. Rooms have ultra-modern amenities with balconies and ventilation. The price is okay and totally budget-friendly. I would love to recommend this project to home seekers looking for premium apartments.

It is an under-construction project. The project has high-class amenities and facilities with a decent location. The landscape is beautifully designed. I had visited the site and the construction is going on in full swing. The particular fat that has attracted me is high-speed elevators, piped gas, water softener plants, and sewage treatment. Premium apartments are also budget-friendly.

It is good for fitness freaks like me. I am using the gym here which is well equipped and I am also looking forward to using the swimming pool. This lush green garden is ideal for having a cup of tea with the members of your community. Everyone is welcoming and water and power cuts are not an issue; 24-7 protection is also provided for maximum comfort. Power backup is up and working while the kids have a great time in their dedicated play area. I usually work from home and there is not much noise; There are some issues with the mobile network but most are not the problem.

Overall am happy with experience at this project. Shifted here sometime back, good thing that project is ready so no noise and all. Working from home peacefully and mobile network is decent also. Overall society maintenance happens properly, people are responsive, parking is there, waterlogging is sometimes issue if heavy showers. Like fittings and construction quality. Lots of greens, landscape garden, gym, swimming pool, sports area, children area, jogging and cycling track, Vastu design and all are there. Also appreciating common amenities since they are value for money.

CCTV cameras are installed on every floor and in every strategic corner.Good garden area with swings and toys for childrens to play. Transport services are nearby. Hospital facilities are available. Railway stations near the society. Roads are neat and clean. Medicals and groceries facility are available

The society is really good. It is a very well maintained society as well as greatly painted. Everyone is literate. The society has a very peaceful environment. People of the society are very healthy and take proper care of the current situation of COVID-19 pandemic. People without masks aren't allowed in the society. It has proper security.

The area is great for an up and coming locality. Flat prices haven’t skyrocketed, so one can buy without a huge loan or anything. The houses are constructed with a touch of modernity and are ready to move. My favourite part about it is the community we live with and their adaptability.

It has some facilities like, 24 Hours water supply, Security guard, CCTV, Parking, Indoor game, Sports facilities, Garden, Kids play area, Gym, Service staff, Jogging track, Swimming pool etc. The people of the society are very friendly. It is a lush green society with a great diversity of trees present.

Low quality construction. Legal issues and cases on the land. Standard of education and culture of residents is very low. Society is not yet formed because none of the residents are capable of taking charge.
