This is one of the premium gated communities, where residents hail from various countries and regions across the nation. The amenities within the society are top-notch, boasting two supermarkets, three stationary shops, a pharmacy, as well as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, numerous play areas, a movie theatre, and even a mini-golf court. Connectivity is excellent, with several bus stops, supermarkets, and schools located within a 500-meter to 1 km radius. Maintenance is exemplary, with a round-the-clock water supply and regular garbage disposal, all provided at minimal charges.

There is some violence because a few residents are always fighting over small issues.

Amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, clubs, table tennis facilities, children's play areas, walking tracks, open spaces, and sufficient parking are available. Additionally, good ventilation is present throughout the floors.

Bavdhan is good locality I’m terns if connectivity and safety , all projects nearby are well connected with buses and cab auto,etc. Good eateries nearby .
