Contemporary style, intelligent use of space and supreme comfort; there is no need to worry about the security point. Furthermore, all the basic amenities including schools, colleges, hospitals, etc. are easily reachable. The construction quality is good but it requires maintenance.

Good transportation along with best location makes this project happening place as everything is nearby and like clubs, restaurants, malls, cinema halls, bus stops, auto stands, bus stands and grocery shops which makes the life simpler. Safety is taken care very well as security guards are always present and do there work efficiently. Connectivity is not an issue and you can reach anywhere in no time. Calm environment for kids because there are many green parks where they can play and remain healthy.

Conveniently located in India's biggest IT HUB, Pune. Even the security is very good which is made possible by the regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras and professional security guards who are always there to protect the residents. I feel that the prices are nit higher as compared to the competitors otherwise it is a good place to invest or live. The connectivity is very good as it hardly takes some time to reach the public transport or get a cab a doorstep. Ample parking space for residents and visitors is available. It is much safer place for family and working parents who can work in office without thinking twice about the safety of their family members. You can do shopping from the nearby malls, shops which are just few minutes’ walk away.
