Good things here

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with public transport options available. The highway is connected to the society routes. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. A banquet hall is also present. A power back up facility is provided. Hygiene is well maintained. Garbage is removed timely. Safety and security is taken care of. A parking lot is provided. Construction quality is maintained well with no seepage and leakage issues. Residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrate all festivals and events together like ganpati and navratri etc.

DMC doesn't provide water, Residents use Water supply tankers for water usage Gym is not operable. Parks and mini theatres are not provided.

Good things here

There are 3 schools near by the society and even hospital is just 10 min walking distance from the society,Local transport is easy to approach near by the society,metro is just 10 min distance from the society.There is kids play area,football turf ,club house and there is lots of open space in the society.Security system is good in the society like there is security staff 24/7 in the society and all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society.Crowd of the people is really good and helpful.spacious parking for owners and visitors in the society.

Some of the units in A wing of this apartment were facing seepage issues though this is old construction but as such there are no cracks on the walls and there is no swimming pool in this society.

Good things here

Public transport options are available near the society to travel easily. The roads are satisfactory around the area. Maintenance quality is also fine with regular garbage collection at 6:30 everyday. Rated as 5. Construction quality is also good with spacious and ventilated flats. The sunlight amount is also ample. There are no seepage and leakage issues for. There is a fire exit. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The security system is well maintained. Four lifts are available in the building. The neighborhood is friendly and pet friendly as well.

Loud music is not allowed in society. Other than that no other negative factor could be noticed as society is providing all facilities.

Good things here

Maintenance charges were justified. People were cooperative. There was no issue of power cuts as power backup was provided throughout the building. There were no issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained. Water was available 24*7. Garbage collection took place daily in the society. Autos, buses, malls, and restaurants were nearby, yet there was no issue of traffic.

There are 2 and 3 BHK apartments available in the society and the apartments are well-furnished. This project has some facilities like community hall, club house and also a gated community.

The apartment is located in a developed area and this project is also well-constructed. The parking zone is big and the roads and parks which are located near the apartment are also well-maintained.

The area is totally noise free where the apartment is situated and there is no pollution. The project is more attractive and it has magnificent views of nature which people can enjoy from their balcony.

The main entrance gate is protected by a password and security guards are also posted at the entrance gate. There is also a library with various types of books and the people are also helpful.
