Good things here
No water logging problem during rainy season,maintainance was good .build quality was great.bachlores were allowed in the society.allocated resident parking was given.
Things need improvement
Maintaining service facilities of the apartment can be improve.visitors parking depends upon tower to tower.

Mainatainace facilities was good society was neat and clean.amenities were great and impressive.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the apartment is very poor like too hard to get to local transport.poor construction issue like cracks on the walls.rooms were too congested and not sound proof.people of the apartment were not social.

Parking area was good,allocated parking for visitors and resident.connectivity and maintainance facilities are great.build quality is great.environment of the apartment was peaceful.

Society does not have ev charging sockets.power back up facilities were not provided.

Amenities are good in this society which ensures comfortable and enjoyable living environment.crowd of the people is great and helpful.

As such there is no issues in the apartment and my living experience in the society was wonderful.

Good things here
No water logging issues in the apartment. well clean and maintained society.no frequent power cut issues.build quality is appreciatable.bachelor's were allowed in the apartment.neighbours were great.power back up facilities were provided.

Society's living experience will enhace more if modern amenities will be adopted.

Good things here
Women safety was priorities,high security system.no extra charges being taken from tenant to use any of the amenities.schools hospitals were near by the apartment.managing committee was attentive to resolve resident's issues.
Things need improvement
Construction quality was not that great ,pop was falling of from walls.quality of the units was bad like seepage issue inside the kitchen area.

Good things here
Good quality roads and no traffic jam near by the society.all the amenities are great and in working condition.all the festivals are being celebrated all together in the society.socialism is good.
Things need improvement
Construction of the some building has become 15 yrs old,so those apartments faces leakage and seepage issues.power back facilities are not provided to apartment,connection are given to common areas only.

School hospitals are near by apartment.attentive managing committee towards any kind of issue.buil quality is good.elevators are timely maintained.bachlores are allowed .alloted parking space for resident and visitors.no power cut issues.no extra charges for tenant to use any of the facilities.

Power back up facilities are not provided for all over apartment ,allowed to common area only.

24/7 water and electricity supply.build quility is great.alloted parking given for resident.connectivity was great like cabs autos available easily.

Parking for the visitors has not been alloted which is good according to security purpose.bachelor's are also not allowed.

Power back up facilities has been provided without any extra charges.society has provided all the amenities like swimming pool ,club house ,gym ,kids park .connectivity is good like cabs autos available near by the apartment.high security system provided for resident.

EV charging sockets has not been provided by the managing commitee but individually people can get there own connections.
