Hospitals are available for emergency in between 1 km from the society. Facilities like Gym, Swimming pool,power backup , 24/7 water supply is available in the society. Lot of greenary inside the premises with parks and landscaping.
Construction quality is not good of some towers face some leakage and seepage issues. Parking area is not cleaned properly, mosquito breeding is happening.

Additionally, several schools and hospitals are nearby. The construction is approximately 9 years old, so there are no major issues related to seepage. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and kids' play area are available for everyone to enjoy. Overall maintenance is good, including cleanliness, and the maintenance charges are very minimal.
The only problem in this community is that there are some water shortage issues during the summer.

I moved out of this community around four years ago. During my time there, the absence of pollution due to its location off the main road and surrounded by greenery was a positive aspect. Additionally, the community offered amenities like walking space, a gym, a small swimming pool, a children's play area, and a grocery store. The presence of greenery and open spaces contributed to a pleasant environment, while convenient connectivity with daily essentials just outside the main gate and nearby schools and hospitals around a 1km radius from the community.
The only problem is there is a lack of a metro station, shopping malls, and limited transportation facilities.

There are approximately 300 to 400 families residing here, but the amenities space is limited, such as the gym, clubhouse, and playground.
