Cabs are easily available inside of the society is convienet . Cleaning of the society is clean and hygeine.Greenary of the society is very positive environment.

Absence of amenities like swimming pool,club housse and gym area is not available in the society.Water facility is not good in the society.

Good things here
Hospitals are available for emergency in between 1 km from the society. Facilities like Gym, Swimming pool,power backup , 24/7 water supply is available in the society. Lot of greenary inside the premises with parks and landscaping.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good of some towers face some leakage and seepage issues. Parking area is not cleaned properly, mosquito breeding is happening.

Atmosphere of the society is very spacious with a lot of clean green area . Its a very peacefull to live here. 24/7 Water supply facility is avaialable

Railway station is very far from the society, which is inconvenient. Maintenance of the lift is very poor it shakes makes it very scary at times. The construction quality is not good, as there are some leakage and seepage issues on the walls.

The metro is currently under construction approximately 4 kilometers from the society, contributing to pollution in the area. Additionally, the nearest railway station is approximately 20 kilometers away from the society.

Additionally, several schools and hospitals are nearby. The construction is approximately 9 years old, so there are no major issues related to seepage. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and kids' play area are available for everyone to enjoy. Overall maintenance is good, including cleanliness, and the maintenance charges are very minimal.
Things need improvement
The only problem in this community is that there are some water shortage issues during the summer.

I moved out of this community around four years ago. During my time there, the absence of pollution due to its location off the main road and surrounded by greenery was a positive aspect. Additionally, the community offered amenities like walking space, a gym, a small swimming pool, a children's play area, and a grocery store. The presence of greenery and open spaces contributed to a pleasant environment, while convenient connectivity with daily essentials just outside the main gate and nearby schools and hospitals around a 1km radius from the community.
Things need improvement
The only problem is there is a lack of a metro station, shopping malls, and limited transportation facilities.

The society's connectivity is excellent due to its proximity to the OMR. Additionally, there are several international schools and engineering colleges in the vicinity of the community. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, including cleaning in the society's surroundings, 24/7 water supply, and power backup systems throughout the community. The amenities are also of high quality, with easy access for everyone throughout the day. These amenities include the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, kids' play area, and badminton court.
Things need improvement
There are approximately 300 to 400 families residing here, but the amenities space is limited, such as the gym, clubhouse, and playground.
