Good things here
As an ex-tenant, I really liked how easy it was to get to malls, hospitals, and parks nearby. The connectivity in this project is great, with hardly any traffic and really efficient public transport options. Plus, the maintenance of the property was top-notch, with regular upkeep and charges that were reasonable, making it really easy for residents like me.
Things need improvement
Thre is construction quality, like seepage and cracks in the walls, which made me question how durable the property really was. else the property is good.
