In the past three years, the rent for 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments in this society has increased significantly, reaching 25K, maintenance charges included. However, there are concerns about high leakage in bedrooms, with noticeable differences between north and south-facing units.

I moved out of this community approximately five years ago. During my time there, the surroundings were pleasant, and the living environment was peaceful. The connectivity was excellent, with several schools, hotels, and supermarkets nearby. Additionally, there was a park conveniently located within a 2-kilometer radius of the community. The construction of the community was of high quality, with regular painting works and ongoing inspections related to plumbing and electricity. Inside the community, there were excellent amenities available, including ample parking options, a swimming pool, a small park, and a walking track, all of which were well-maintained. Maintenance facilities were top-notch, with regular garbage collection and cleaning services, and there were no issues with the water supply.
The society's area is not great due to there being a small slum area is there. There are no major amenities such as a clubhouse and outdoor games in this society.

Severe water logging during monsoon in Sangam Nagar of Wadala East leads to traffic congestion. Residents complain of headaches due to smoke coming from the Rashtriya Chemical Fertilisers factory in Mahul. Poor drainage facilities, illegal parking, pothole-ridden roads and illegal parking in Wadala trouble residents.
