The good locality that offers plenty of greenery and a convenient living experience in the heart of Gurugram. The society is well-constructed with spacious rooms and amenities like a well-maintained park with areas for cricket practice. Additionally, the security provided with 24-hour guards at the main gate adds to the comfort and safety of residents.
Things need improvement
The society's lack of power backup during outages is a concern, and ground floor residents often face issues with rodents. Additionally, while the proximity to markets is convenient for those with vehicles, the society could improve by addressing these maintenance and connectivity challenges. The society's construction quality is satisfactorily sturdy and durable, but it could benefit from better pest control measures to address the rodent problem.

Good things here
The good locality of the project with lots of greenery, providing a peaceful and refreshing environment to live in. It was also very convenient living in the heart of Gurugram, with easy access to all necessary amenities and services. Additionally, the society was closely-knitted, making it feel like a welcoming community where everyone felt included and connected.
Things need improvement
The rodent problem in the ground floor flats was a common issue that needed to be addressed for the overall comfort of residents. Additionally, the lack of power backup in case of outages was inconvenient and could cause disruptions in daily life. Despite these issues, the overall experience in the society was positive due to the friendly and cooperative nature of the residents, who made living there a pleasant experience.

Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there aren't enough open areas for kids to play or parking spots for visitors, which is a downside. Also, there are problems with water and electricity backups that could be risky if there's a breakdown. Additionally, there seems to be bias toward specific types of tenants, and past robberies raise worries about safety and inclusivity in the community.

A well-maintained society that's close to major IT hubs, malls, and schools. The security measures, like CCTV surveillance and high-security guards, really give me peace of mind. Plus, the connectivity to public transport and nearby amenities makes daily life super convenient.
Things need improvement
The lack of visitor parking space and reliance on water connection from HUDA are certainly drawbacks that need attention. I'm also concerned about the small kids' park and the biased behavior towards certain tenants. Additionally, the absence of power backup and the deteriorating roads outside the society are issues that definitely need to be addressed.

The lack of power backup in case of outages could be inconvenient for residents. Overall, the absence of certain amenities like power backup and the persistent rodent problem are the main dislikes for me as an owner in this project.
