Good things here
Cabs are available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is also good in the society. Maintenance of the lift is good in the society. There is no pollution in the society. People are very cooperative and well-educated in the society. Ventilation is very good in the lift. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family. Power backup is also available in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good in the society; there are some seepage issues. Additionally, there are leakages in pipes, which is inconvenient. Drainage collection is not good, and sometimes street lights are not working properly in the society.

The security agencies in this society are changed every six months to ensure there are no loopholes for wrongdoing. The surroundings are hygienic, with nearby vegetable markets, shops, clinics, and bus stops within 500 meters. Daily cleaning and regular garbage collection are diligently carried out. There is good ventilation and air circulation, and amenities such as playgrounds, gym, swimming pool, club house, and walking areas are available. The residents are interactive and cooperative.
Things need improvement
There are a few leakages on the walls in this society, indicating a need for improvement. Proper maintenance and repairs should be carried out to address this issue effectively.

Maintenance is well-executed, ensuring cleanliness and regular garbage collection. The construction allows for ample space and provides good ventilation in rooms.
Things need improvement
There are numerous potholes on the roads within the society, posing challenges to commuters and vehicles. The road conditions need urgent attention to ensure safety and smooth transportation for residents.

The society faces significant traffic congestion, particularly due to Sarjapur's notorious traffic. Moreover, the road quality within the society is poor, marked by numerous potholes and uneven surfaces.

In this small society, around 100 families reside. The residents enjoy a friendly atmosphere, and all are taken care of in the society's common areas. The connectivity of the society is excellent, with several supermarkets and schools easily accessible within a 1km radius. The society has an efficient committee that promptly addresses all resident complaints. The water supply is consistent, and garbage collection is carried out regularly. The society offers a range of well-maintained amenities, including a swimming pool, jogging track, gym, and kids' play area. Residents have never faced parking problems. The buildings are constructed to high standards, with no reported leakages or structural issues.
Things need improvement
There is no clubhouse within the society for residents to celebrate parties such as birthdays and weddings. Additionally, there are no significant indoor gaming facilities available within the community.

The community is very good in the society, and the atmosphere is spacious and calm. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Facilities like markets, supermarkets, and Dmart are available nearby, making it convenient.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is not good, with some cracks on the walls. Hospitals are far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. Schools are also distant from the society. Cleaning of the roads inside the society is not good.

It is a project with a corner flat and spacious open space on 3 sides. Launched Project Town Park White Orchid in Extension. The safety is very good and almost everything that is required for basic needs is available inside the premises so, there is no need to go outside. Still, malls, local markets, cinema halls are nearby. Many schools, colleges, hospitals are also there in nearby locations.

Nearby is the Boraki Halt railway station and the city center metro station is just 9 km away from this area. There are lots of markets, malls, shops and stores nearby which makes life more enjoyable. Prices are reasonable which means that you get what you pay for. Nearby railway station, bus stand, and auto stand further makes it convenient for the residents to commute with ease. Lots of public transport options with clean and hygienic surrounds inside the premises.

The employment center is about 16 km away from here. This is another good example of a well-connected project with wide roads, plenty of greenery, and complete security for residents. Police patrols are conducted regularly to enhance the security of the surrounding area. Many grocery stores, medical stores, gyms, health clubs, parks, jogging tracks can be found on its premises. Parking is available in abundance for the visitors as well residents.

Easy connectivity with Delhi via Delhi Meerut Expressway. safety and security are some of the best societies. The houses are well-built and spacious enough to allow for plenty of natural light and fresh air. The standard safety measures are taken care of, making it suitable for working couples and parents. Shops, malls, ATMs, colleges, and schools, as well as all other basic amenities, are all within walking distance.
