It's a nice neighborhood with a great school nearby and accessible hospitals. The construction is good, and there's plenty of open space. Plus, residents have access to a gym.
No swimming pool available here.

DLF City Phase-2 is an excellent location, surrounded by NH 8, Cyber City, and MG Road, making it the most centrally located area in New Gurgaon. It offers easy access to various facilities such as schools, hospitals, cinema theaters, banks, parks, and malls in the vicinity. The area has good connectivity to Delhi via NH-8, with the DLF Rapid Metro expected soon and already connected to the metro.
The area faces constant traffic congestion, leading to poor air quality due to the high volume of vehicles. Additionally, there is no gym available, and the garden facilities are inadequate. The heavy traffic poses a risk when sending children to the supermarket to buy groceries.

The maintenance quality of the society was satisfactory with regular cleaning. Transport connectivity was also satisfactory with easy availability of metro and autos. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available. Residents were friendly and celebrated festivals together. The security system was also well maintained.
The construction quality of the society was average as the infrastructure was quite old, so some seepage issues could be noticed.

The society boasts a prime location surrounded by top malls in Gurgaon, offering convenience and accessibility. Its close proximity to a metro station, within 500 meters, enhances its connectivity, making it one of the most well-connected societies in the area.
The only downside is that, due to its age, the society requires some repair work. However, the management is proactive and has plans to commence the repairs in about a month's time.

The only thing that was good there was connectivity because schools, hospitals, everything was available nearby and public transport was also easily available.
There were a lot of restrictions for tenants, parking was not available. If you were a tenant, you either had to buy parking from the owner of any flat of the committee or you had to pay the tax outside the committee at your own risk and in the society. Even after paying the maintenance charges, extra charges had to be paid for the facilities, and a tenant, and there were a lot of seepage issues in the flats and a lot of termite infestation. The construction quality was very poor.

All services are provided on time, and the connectivity around the area is good, with schools and hospitals nearby and a metro station nearby, ensuring easy access to public transport. All amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society, and the residents are also very friendly and cooperative.The maintenance services are excellent, with garbage collection done on time and cleanliness well-maintained.
The resident mentioned that they are not facing any issues in the society and they are waiting for further development.

Connectivity was very good. It was centerally located. Metro station was also close by, public transport was easily available. Maket area was closeby. Society was maintained and cleaned properly. CCTV and lift everything was installed in the society. Power backup was also available. Seelan and seepage was not an issue in the society. Amenities like gym, clubhouse, pool were there in the society and they were well maintained. Neighbours were friendly and decent.
There was nothing that I didn't like in the society.. Evrything was decent for me.

The society has great public transport, metro is available nearby. The hygiene facility is good and swimming pool is available. Clubhouse, parking, cctv camera, lift facilities are available. People are quite friendly and festivals are celebrated together.
The society has no issues has per mentioned and no improvement is required in the society right now.
