Asking for a review of one of India’s finest project is really tough. Firstly let me talk about design and construction- façade is imposing and made of glass. Every villa is finely designed with modern touch. Also, there is the ultra posh neighborhood with all billionaire neighbors and business tycoons in Noida. Park, security, children's play area, fie safety, gym and other amenities are worth to be here. Neighborhood is ultra-safe with the best facilities. Water logging is however a great leveler since it creates traffic jams at times once stepped out in the Noida highway. Yet WFH is a breeze with good mobile tower and serene ambience overall.

I love residing in Paramount Golfforeste Villas because of the location and modern amenities offered. The designated play areas for the children include an artificial lake, a park with joy rides as well as a toy train, a separate centre for shopping, a shuttle service provided to the residents Eco-friendly development, a Laundromat for the convenience of the residents. Every room in the villas is finely designed with modern amenities and spacious areas. Moreover, there is very peace around and quite away from the highway. 24/7 security along with regular water, makes it worth to stay at.

The location is perfect to reside with family; also it is close by to business hubs like Gurgaon and other parts of Noida. Every room of the villa is perfectly and royally designed. Also, the fixtures, tiles and other aspects are perfect and top-class. Investing in these villas is perfect.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Simply best. Paramount Golfforeste Villas has given me all they promised at this price. All the amenities I wanted, from in-house restaurant, concierge, cafeteria and library to steam room, Jacuzzi, landscaped gardens and open spaces, and a lot more to that fabulous design. I have a 4 bedroom villa here and i love the locality. It is strategically located in Noida and offer better connectivity to UP and Delhi. Golfforeste is a residential project located opposite Sector Zeta in Greater Noida, just minutes away from the Greater Noida Expressway. One of the reasons why i brought this villa is the project is the Member of CREDAI Registered Indian Green Building Council. There is a golf course where i spend most of my weekends. High end club known as ‘Club Retreat’ offers: A fine-dining, sky bridge restaurant, Spa, steam and sauna rooms, Swimming pools with a wave effect, Jacuzzi, Gym, Business lounge, A cafeteria, etc are all available in the vicinity and every bungalow. As per the price, the villa is perfect to invest.
