The certificate of commencement for Vikas Vibhav has been issued. The occupancy certificate for this project has not been awarded. Nearby cabs and autobus stand with excellent connectivity and prompt management system for the maintenance of the roads along with perfect location makes it a nice place to stay. Some many shops and stores are present inside the same premises so; there is hardly any need to go anywhere else to buy the essentials.

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is about 23 km from here. Roads are in good condition and it is safe for everyone as there 2 security guards who take care of the security. However, the construction is not so good and requires regular maintenance along with proper cleanliness. Otherwise, connectivity is good and you can reach the railway station in just few minutes or book a cab easily without facing any problem.
