The society was located on a slightly inner road, so there was no traffic. Malls and restaurants were within walking distance. Taxis and autos were readily available. The roads outside the society were good. The local railway station was also within walking distance. The society was clean, and water was available 24/7. The flats were well-ventilated. People were good and decent. The lifts were well-maintained. Parking space for residents was good. The landlords were cooperative.
The BMC truck used to come for garbage collection, and no one was appointed from the society to collect garbage from each flat. There was no separate parking for visitors. The clubhouse was not built; it was still under development, so we couldn't use the swimming pool or gym.

The society is well connected by road. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. There are housekeeping staffs available for maintainance. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Garden is available in amenities in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society.
The maintainance charges are very high. Gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area not available in the society.

The society is clean. There is a garden, temple, and a play area for children in the society. The people are very nice, everyone lives together in harmony, and all festivals are celebrated.
During the evening and midnight, autos are not readily available. It becomes quite challenging if someone needs to go to the airport or railway station at night. It's not safe for ladies to go out at night. During summers, there is a slight shortage of water supply. Modern amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, etc., are not available in the society. There is some leakage in the basement parking area, which results in cement patches on the cars. The waiting time for cabs is a bit longer.

This community includes amazing amenities like a gazebo, a jogging path, and a lovely sitting space. There are several parks close by; the society is lush and green, and it is quite close to nature.

It appears to be a tremendously wealthy civilization. There, we have enough space to park our cars, which is essential in Mumbai. The management of the personnel is first-rate. The elevator is also excellent.

The society employs housekeeping to keep the society clean every day. There are CCTV cameras installed around the park, which is a lush green colour. Transportation resources. A lot of events occur frequently.

Excellent neighbourhood The society's members are incredibly helpful and close-knit. Within a mile radius, there are numerous colleges, hospitals, malls, and schools. The group also operates a tiny grocery store on its own.

Some projects, like the clubhouse, have been on hold for ten years. Oc was not received. Security and maintenance are good. It has a high level of security. At key points, CCTV cameras are deployed.
