Good things here
The society is pet-friendly. Ola and Uber are available. There is no traffic issue because the society is located on the inner side from the main road. Garbage collection and segregation are done at the proper time. Autos and buses are also available. Maintenance charges are Rs. 2500 per month, which is normal. There is a fire exit. All amenities are available. The society is very clean. Water is available 24/7.
Things need improvement
Malls and restaurants are 3-5 km away. There is no separate parking for visitors.

Good things here
Autos and buses are accessible. society is highway connected. there is ample amount of water available in the society. power backup is for common areas and flats also. all modern amenities are present in the society. neighbours are friendly. society is very much clean and has visitors parking also.
Things need improvement
Market is not accessible from the society need to go far away. no specious balconies in the flats, there is no proper dedicated walking track for residents inside the society.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the society and even transportation facilities are easy to approach near by the society.Build quality is good there are no construction defect in the society.There are swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area ,garden etc eveything is present in the society.High security system like there are biomatrix facilities on the entrance.Tenants are allowed to use every facilities.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back connection has been given to lift and common lights of the society.This society belongs to family residents only and there are no bachlores allowed in the society.

Good things here
Transporation facilities available near by the society and no water logging issues during rainy season.Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.High security system in the society ,all the areas are under cctv survilance,intercom facilities are available.Amenities are big plus in this society as there are swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and eveything is well maintained.all the festivals were celebrated overall good socialism.maintenance charges are reasonble in the society.Lift are very well maintained.
Things need improvement
Railway station is 8km away from the society.Solar panel facilities are there but for common area only and only one ponit inside the units.generators are not available in the society.

Good things here
Olla and uber are easily accessible. roads are quite wide Infront of the society. no traffic jam issue. buildings have specious balconies and visitors parking is allotted. paly area, garden, gym and swimming pool are present inside. atmosphere is friendly. security is efficient. water supply is 24*7. malls are nearby.
Things need improvement
Restaurants are not near by the society. there is power cut issue in in the society but power backup is for only common areas and lifts. mandir and specific walking track is not present in the society. society is not highway connected.

Good things here
The society was well-maintained and well-constructed. There was easy access to auto rickshaws and cabs around the society, and nearby schools and hospitals were also available. There were no power outages in the society as power backup was available. The society provided various amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, parks, gardens, and walking areas.
Things need improvement
The roads around the society are quite narrow, leading to occasional traffic issues, especially as they connect to two or three other societies, causing traffic congestion. Besides this, there were no other issues within the society.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good like local transport ,local market and school ,hospitals are easy to approach.lift are properly maintained.costruction quality is top notch,no leakage and seepage issues.Allocated space for visitors.all the amenities are there like swimming pool,clubhouse,sports courts and playground.
Things need improvement
There is no parking allocated with the unit,if to want to use parking you have to puchase it.power back up connection has been given to common areas only.
