Good things here
There were a lot of parks in the society, so because of that the society looked very green and the cleaning in the society was�also�very�good.
Things need improvement
The roads owned by the committee are quite bad, so they can be improved�a�little�more.

Society was very near to my office so this was the best part of the society .

There was a major issue of parking in a society as very less space for parking vehicles .

The amenities of the society are very good, there is also a temple which is very well maintained and looks�very�nice.

There should be fun activities in the society and everyone should celebrate festivals like Diwali,�Christmas.

Cabs, autos and all the public transport available near by�the�society, connectivity is good

The maintenance of the society was not good, the roads around the society were not good and there were no amenities available inside�the�society.

Good things here
The connectivity here is good; you can easily find auto-rickshaws and other modes of transportation. Medical shops and markets are also nearby. The society is clean and well-maintained. There are no issues with leakage or seepage, and waterlogging isn't a problem. Neighbors are friendly, and there isn't much congestion here. The flats are also well-constructed.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have CCTV cameras or lifts, except for a few spots where CCTV is installed. Facilities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse are also not available within the society or nearby. The park or play area is located outside the society premises. Festivals are not celebrated here. There's an issue with internet connectivity, as the company owning cable connections doesn't allow installation of fiber connections from providers like Jio or Airtel. The need for lifts is felt, especially for elderly residents who face difficulties with stairs.

The society had good open area with lots of greenery , quite spacious the society thats surely a plus point. The society is not suffocated its more open to the environment. The AMenitites like Clubhouse, Swimming pool are well taken care.
Things need improvement
The metro is not nearby the society, it is quite far. And sometimes it feels unsafe coming from metro to the society especially at night as there are no proper lights.

Good things here
Connectivity badiya hai society ki, you get every conveince from there, sab mil jata hai, Auto, buses sab easily available hai. Delivery apps like swiggy, zomato sab delivery karta hai. Balcony hai society flats mein. Amenities like park, regular household supplies available hain. People in society are friendly , cultural events bhi hote hain society mein. Power back up & water supply sab theek hai.
Things need improvement
Maintenance bas theek hi hai, cleanliness ka issue ka hota hai kabhi kabhi. Garbage disposal mein bhi kabhi kabhi issue hota hai. Society ke bahar ke roads mein waterlogging ka issue hota hai. Swimming pool, gym & clubhouse kuch facilities nahi hai society mein.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of public transport within 200m, college within 500m and Market within 1 km.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not very good. Painting services are not provided. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. Maintenance quality is higher as per the services. The neighborhood is not very cooperative and doesn't celebrate all festivals together.

I primarily rely on my personal vehicle for travel, but public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available outside the society, offering excellent connectivity. Nearby, we have markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants, providing easy access to daily necessities and services. The quality of the roads outside the society is commendable, minimizing waterlogging issues, and functional streetlights ensure safety at all times. Within the society, we are fortunate to have amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids, all meticulously maintained. We experience no water supply or electricity issues, and the spaciousness and excellent ventilation in the rooms contribute to a comfortable living environment. Furthermore, the construction quality of the buildings is good, with no seepage or leakage issues observed. Timely garbage collection using multicolored bins promotes effective waste management, and the society is consistently kept clean with proper hygiene maintained. Overall, the residents are friendly, contributing to a harmonious community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The society faces challenges with parking due to limited space, leading to occasional chaos. Additionally, there are limited nearby market areas, requiring residents to travel farther for malls, schools, and other amenities. Maintenance issues with the lifts contribute to inconvenience, as they frequently stop working. Furthermore, the absence of CCTV cameras and security guards raises concerns about safety and security within the society. Unfortunately, the lack of cultural events and festivals diminishes opportunities for community engagement and social interaction among residents.

There are many amenities in the society, parks etc. are available, the people are nice and the society�is�helpful.

The water supply system is not good, water should be properly provided and the roads are not well constructed, they should be well�constructed.
