Good things here

I would rate 5 to the connectivity of the society, as we easily get the public transports and the roads are also well built. The maintenance would be around 3.5-4 out of 5. Society maintains nealry everything.

Cleanlisness in the society is an area of concern, there is a lot of garbage outside the society. A lot of stray dogs are also there in the society which poses various problems.

Good things here

They stay in a gated colony of DLF, Metro's are nearby to their residence. Public transports are easy to travel, Markets area are nearby the colony.

Construction work is going in DLF, Maintenance is not good, The premises are not hygenic, There is no safety in societies, Many incidents have taken place in the colony. Like one example( Neigbours were playing with fire crackers on diwali & Coz of that aag lag gaye thi humare ghar

Good things here

Connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. General markets and groceries are available nearby the society. The construction quality of the buildings is well maintained, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments People are educate, friendly and cooperative in the society.

Main issues faced in the society was of electricity, power cuts happens a lot in the society. Power backup is not available in the society. There are no amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house play area for kids in the society.

Good things here

I have moved to Bangalore, used to livethere 2 years back. Public transport was fine, nearby metro was 10 min walk. It was a mantained society. I was in builder floor, my landlords used to take care of everything. DLF phase-4 club was there, it is a area. It is not an apartment form.Neibours were cooperative. According to me, it was a good place. It was very close to doctors, supermart. Everything was at walkable distance.

Sometimes there was a seepage issue but my landlord used to take care of it well. I was staying in an apartment.

Good things here

Connectivty is good, there is nearby metro. Roads are not constructed well. Nearby market is there everything is reachable. CCTV and evevators are working properly. No seepage issue, its all patch roads, water logging issue is there. condition of gyms and club house is good. I am not very open person so very closed to my family so dont know about people much. Everything is at walkable distance, thats the main thing.

There is alot of pollution, main drawback. Roads need to get worked on, because they are patchy and it causes water logging during rainy season and i have never seen corporation people cleaning the roads.

Good things here

I am staying in Delhi right now, earlier i used to stay in DLF Phase-4. Everything is available including metro. There is cctv and it is quite safe. No issue of seepage. This is a posh society. Gym, swimming pool and all the amminities are available. I am staying here since 35 years. Market is nearby, airport is also nearby.

The society is located just in center of the city for which the connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. Scools and Hospitals are also nearby the society. Maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues are not seen. people are overall good and social in the society. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together.

I bought an apartment a few months back. I must say that the group is very particular about the safety of its residents. There is 3 tier security for all units with indoor and outdoor monitors, CCTV cameras installed everywhere

There are multiple hospitals nearby the society, as well as chemists around the area. Local transport facilities are easily accessible, with transportation available right outside the entrance. The project is finely designed and the construction is strong. The management here also is quite active. During pandemic peak days they have literally followed all protocols. Even did have emergency doctor on call and oxygen cylinder will be available as hospital is nearby. The construction is quite strong and amenities are great. I have 4 BHK flat and am very spacious to stay.

There are regular power cuts and the maintenance is way high, but the society condition is poor. Fittings are not so great, making our investment a waste. However, there is a separate visitor parking. There is a dedicated transformer for power the complex. Underground water is used.

The neighborhood of the project is has all requirements like a play schools, ATMs, banks, parks, metro stations, office complexes, restaurants etc. The price of the apartments is based on the request value. My wife bought this apartment which is spacious enough to reside
