Good things here
Connectivity of the society is great,auto cabs are easily available.Bus stand is near by the society.society is neat clean and hygenic environment.build quality is great ,no leakage and seepage issue in the society.Builder has delivered all the amenities he promised and everything is functional.Allocated parking for resident and visitors.
Things need improvement
Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only though builder has provided invertor to each unit personally.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Sufficient visitor's parking space is available. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. The society is well maintained and peaceful. Garden is properly maintained. Banquet hall is available.
Things need improvement
Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. However, there is no library or mini theater. Expanding power backup and considering these amenities would enhance the society.

Power backup is exclusively provided for common areas, and the construction quality is average, with notable problems like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues experienced within the society.

Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Drainage system was very good in the society. No such major electricity issues is faced. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. Open space is available in the society. Parking space is available for each residents. Visitor's parking space is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Balcony is available and it is big and spacious. Emergengy exits are available all over the society.
Things need improvement
Some other flats in the society had leakage issues but not that much. Elevators is not available. Buses are not available outside the society. Highway is far from the society. Street dog issues are faced outside the society.

Good things here
Location of the society is good like auto and cabs were easily available near by the society,Public transport and local market were also there near by the society.Construction quality was good there was no seepage issues in the apartment.
Things need improvement
This society is really bad for tenants like 90% of the people behave rudely with tenants mostly the owners dont feel like not renting out the property even though tenants are not allowed to use amenities in the society and if you want to use swimming pool or other amenities you have to pay 1000 extra charges.

Good things here
The society has a considerable gap between two buildings, providing ample ventilation and sunlight. Water supply is sourced from the PMC and is available 24/7, and in case of reduced supply during summers, tankers are called in without any issue. There are no problems with leakage or seepage, but if any arise, the society committee promptly resolves them. Auto rickshaws and buses are readily available nearby, and there are no traffic issues. The residents are very helpful, and the society is kept very clean. Parking for visitors is available at the entrance. Any issues are resolved promptly, and all modern amenities are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The malls are not located near the society, and the restaurants are about 3-3.5 km away. Perhaps more attention could be given to maintenance.
