Good things here
Good construction, walkable distance to schools, hospitals and even Deloitte! Great location, you can react to any IT company withing 4kms, be it hitech city or gachibowli

Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Frequent cultural events
Pets friendly
Residents pay maintenance in time
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible
Nice park and kids playarea
Excellent power back-up

Large clubhouse & spacious gym
Things need improvement
