Cabs from Ola and Uber are readily available within the society premises upon booking. Garbage collection occurs daily, with door-to-door service. The water facility in the society is reliable, and there is adequate power backup available. Public transportation options are convenient, located within walking distance of the society. The abundance of greenery enhances the environment within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, and kids' play areas are well-maintained."

The construction quality in the society is poor, with issues such as seepage in bathrooms and wall leakages, which are inconvenient. Additionally, there are cracks on the walls. Furthermore, the society lacks a swimming pool. The exit parking area is inadequate and not spacious."

The greenery in the society is excellent, with many mango trees throughout and coconut trees in Phase-2, enhancing the locality's appeal. The area is free from pollution, providing a clean environment. Cabs are readily available if booked through Ola and Uber. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Garbage collection is conducted daily at a specific time. Furthermore, the construction quality is very good, with no issues of seepages or leakages in my flat.

Cleaning is conducted twice daily in the society, ensuring cleanliness. The construction quality is very good, with no issues of leakages or seepages. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the people in the society are friendly, cooperative, and dedicated. Additionally, there is power backup available in the society, and ventilation in the flats is very good. There is plenty of space on the balcony in my flat.
