Good things here
Living here is super convenient. There are shops nearby where you can get everything you need, and some shops even deliver to your home. Big stores like Dmart and Big Bazaar are close by, along with sports shops like Decathlon. If you're into sports, there's also the Blue Roof club nearby. Families will love it here because there are lots of schools and a college nearby. And for added security, there are CCTV cameras placed in key spots around the building
Things need improvement
Once the nearby construction is finished, there's potential for improvement in making the complex cleaner and greener. Regarding pets, it's suggested that owners be responsible to ensure they don't inconvenience other residents.

The society premises include shops, salons, and medical facilities for convenience, along with a good play area. It's known for being quiet and peaceful.
Things need improvement
The maintenance services keep the society clean, but there's an issue with irregular pest control, resulting in complaints about small cockroaches from every household. Pets aren't allowed in the lift, so even if you live on the 12th floor, you'll have to take them through the stairs, or else face a fine.
