Good things here
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, one of the notable features of this society was its affordable rent, making it budget-friendly for residents. Additionally, its proximity to the metro station made it convenient for everyone to reach major destinations quickly. The society never experienced water shortages or power outages, and it maintained good cleanliness with minimal maintenance charges. All major amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and park, were accessible to everyone, fostering a sense of community where residents could enjoy and celebrate various festivals together.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, the only problem was the ongoing construction just beside the society, which caused discomfort for residents due to dust and pollution.

Good things here
The society features nearby schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and transportation facilities, including bus stops and a nearby metro station. Additionally, within the society, there is a market, and vegetable stalls cater to the needs of residents. The construction quality is commendable, without any cracks or leakage issues. Maintenance facilities are excellent, ensuring regular water supply and the surroundings are consistently kept clean.

The only thing concerning this society is that the monthly maintenance charges are high.

There is a need for improvement in the clubhouse as it currently offers only one table tennis table, suggesting the provision of additional tables to cater to the interests of residents.

I moved out of this neighborhood approximately one year ago after residing there for eight years. This society has excellent connectivity, with a nearby metro station, schools, and supermarkets all conveniently located within a 1km radius. Safety measures within the neighborhood are top-notch, good security systems and competent security staff, supplemented by CCTV surveillance. Amenities are well-maintained, including a swimming pool, gym, and community hall. The construction of the buildings is solid, with no issues such as water leakages. Additionally, there are no problems regarding water supply or electricity, and ample parking options are available.
Things need improvement
The maintenance standards are not up to par due to a reduction in housekeeping staff, resulting in irregular cleaning services.

The standout feature of this society is its excellent connectivity to all major amenities, with the metro station located just opposite the society. The society's maintenance is also commendable, with timely responses to residents' complaints and a reliable water supply. The residents of the society are cooperative, and everyone adheres to the rules set by the association. The amenities provided are of high quality, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, and guest rooms available at reasonable rates. Additionally, there are ample parking options available. The construction quality of the society is top-notch, ensuring good ventilation within the premises.
Things need improvement
The only issue is the gym inside the society is very small because of this only limited people can enter the gym.

I was mesmerized when I first saw the project. The infrastructure and the architectural design have attracted the residents. The apartments are highly spacious with balconies. The location is excellent.

The complex is outstanding and very well maintained. I loved the location as the apartment is located near the Nagasandra metro station. Mumbai Bangalore high way is also connected. It’s a great place to stay

I live with my family here and the society is really beautiful. Security system provided in the apartment is very good. The quality of the construction is better than any other builders. Huge parking space is available for residents.
