Cabs and auto easily milti hai. shoping malls neraby hai. water supply ,power backup , garbadge collection all are very flawless. basement parking is there. park hai.festival manate hai.
Metro and buses nearby nahi hai. seepage issue and leakage isssue are there thats why plaster papri ki tarha nikal jaat hai. swiming pool mai cleaning proper nahi hoti hai. club house is quite old . gym is average. play ground nhi hai.

They left the mentioned society a few time back. Maintenance achi thi perfect thi , usme koi issues nahi the. Garbage collection hota tha wahan time se. Amenities like swimming pool, gym sab tha wahan. Connectivity was nice , Public transport mil jata tha. Metro bhi tha paas mein.
Seepgae/leakage ka issue tha society mein. Myone walo ka construction tha toh yeh seepage ka issue toh rehta tha.

They left the society 3years back, Main road pe society tha, water logging, electricity supply, water supply and seepage issue nhi tha, Gym, clubhouse, tennis court, swimming pool was inside, people very quite cool.
Sometimes plaster falls off when trying to put a nail in the wall. rest society was good, only plaster used was not of good quality.

I was a former resident of that society 4 years back and living there was quite convenient. We were centrally located with public transport stations and markets nearby, making it easy to get around. We had an easy accessibility to all the modes of public transport. Maintenance had been satisfactory, and we never experienced any issues like seepage, ceiling leaks, or waterlogging. Plus, having amenities like gyms, clubhouses, parks, and game facilities nearby was a bonus. It was also convenient to have supermarkets and parlors nearby. The people there were wonderful : they were educated and very friendly which adds to the overall positive experience.
The only area of concern according to me which was lacking at that time was security and that too in the parking area because the CCTV's intalled in the parking area were not functioning properly.

Metro connectivity is phenomenal. Swimming pool, gym and clubhouses were present in the premises.
Issue regarding cleanliness and maintainence. People were not that cooperative. Seepage was a major issue.

CCTV Cameras and lifts are present. Neighbours are good. All the amenities are available.
Metro station is not near to the society. Residents have to travel to reach the metro station.

One of the significant issues with this society is the narrow lanes outside its premises. Consequently, there is a significant traffic problem in the vicinity, particularly during peak hours, making it challenging to navigate through the area.

Seepage and leakage issues, likely due to the aging infrastructure, need to be addressed promptly to prevent any potential damage or inconvenience to residents. The absence of a gym may be disappointing for residents seeking fitness amenities within the community. Addressing these concerns would further enhance the overall satisfaction and quality of life for residents.
