The society offers plenty of open spaces, amenities, greenery, and good facilities. It's conveniently located near Indiranagar, EGL, and Koramangala, making it a strategic location.
The complex has an old-fashioned design with seepage problems and cracked walls. There's a lot of open parking space. Additionally, the connecting roads are in very poor condition.

This society is excellent, offering multiple lush green parks, two tennis courts, a skating rink, and a squash court. It feels like living in a resort with a central business district (CBD) vibe. Its main selling point is its 15-acre land with only 505 flats, providing ample space to live in. The houses are very open and spacious
The maintenance could be improved. The maintenance team and management aren't working efficiently.

The atmosphere is wonderful, surrounded by lush greenery. The club facilities are very well-maintained, and the best part is how close it is to the EGL tech park.
The road leading to the society isn't well maintained, especially the last 200-300 meters, which are very bumpy

It's my dream home, and after moving in, I've found everything I need nearby—grocery shops, restaurants, medical stores, furniture shops, paint shops, and a vegetable market—all within a 100-meter radius from the society. This makes it very convenient to live here and meet daily requirements
I've recently moved into my dream home, and the only downside is that it's about 10 km away from my office. However, I'm managing it by using my car for commuting to the office and other tasks. Positive aspects of the place include lush greenery, well-constructed and wide pathways, various sports facilities like badminton and basketball courts, disciplined and well-mannered guards, and comfortable room spaces Limited parking space for only 200 cars, lack of public transport facilities, absence of a nearby market area, and water logging problems outside the society.

You'll discover all of the basic amenities for modern life inside the confines of your home. The apartments are spacious, bright, and flooded with natural light.

If you're looking for a home, here's where you can go. I can assure you that they have world-class amenities in comparison to others in the neighbourhood. The setting is excellent for both families and small groups of people. It is centrally positioned place, near to all of the city's amenities.

You know, I always knew that It is a premier brand and they will do a good job. It finds its genesis in this approach. They have provided an excellent atmosphere for this project. I will give them a 5-star rating, it feels like staying in a fairy tale. All units are oriented towards the outside, which allows a minimum of common walls, uninterrupted private views, and abundant natural light and ventilation. A compact 4-unit core configuration allows for optimal density with maximum efficiency. All towers are established in the master plan, to provide a large common green for the entire development, flanked by the clubhouse. This becomes the first visual reference for a resident or visitor. The cellular signal is satisfying.
