Good things here
1.) 900 mt phoenix market city mall 2.) 2 km Rainbow hospital ( For Kids) 2.) 4 km K.R.Puram railway Station 4.) Manipal Hospital 3.3 km 5.) Behind Bagmane tech park 6.) Near by Metro station 1.5 km Residents are decent. No water clogging during rainy season. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
It does not have much to offer in terms of amenities. As said, so no Gym house, swimming pool e.t.c. Still nothing much to dislike.
