There is no proper public transportation, and if you own a private automobile, prepare to get stuck in traffic for a long time. If it had been an option, I would have given a negative score. The location is also not ideal.

Do not buy a home in this neighbourhood. There have been numerous robberies attempted here. I've been here for over 12 years, 12 years of absolute torment. THANK GOD, I'm finally planning on moving out. What should have been a fine residential development for middle-class folks has devolved into a complete shambles.

The Society committee collects money for repairs, the yearly society puja, lift maintenance, absurdly high parking fees, and maintenance penalties, about half of which evaporates into thin air and is directly transferred to the secretary, chairman, and treasurer's coffers. The Society is unconcerned about improving the situation. Almost every apartment has a leak.

There is no proper bus service. The state of the roads is appalling. Let's not even discuss about the surroundings. The crowd is made up entirely of savages who have lived in Dharavi's slums and ghettos.

Roads are in poor condition, especially during the rainy season. Also, crimes are on the rise; my bike was stolen a few years ago. Robberies and diamond theft are typical occurrences. Because of this annoyance, I will have to sell my apartment.
