Good things here
Network reception is pritty good as i have to take a lot of calls related to personal life as well as my business, never faced an issue related to internet connection or anything else. the connectivity of the society in terms of online deliveries and public transport is great as their is minimum delay in services.
Things need improvement
As the society is connected directly with the road linking to New Ashok Nagar so it is always crouded and the traffic is getting worse everyday. DDDA approved an extra room convergin my 2bhk in 3bhk but an action is still pending from their side.

Maintenance achha hai society me safh safai mainten hota hai , network bhi achhi hai . water supply bhi achha hai .
Things need improvement
Connectivity achhi nhi hai because public transport like bus , auto, metro available nhi hai . kuch bhi facilities available nhi hai society me . neighbour bhi itne achhe nhi hai sab apne apne se matlab rakhte hai .society me common power backup nhi hai sabke apnaa apna individual hai .building 10 sal purana hai andar se construction quality thik hai but bahar se thoda kharab dikhta hai repaint hona chahiye .

Good things here
Auto,cabs are easily available even metro and bus services are available near by the society.Allocated parking space is available for owners.24 hours water and electrcity facilities has been provided.All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall the socialism is good people are really helpful to each other.
Things need improvement
Construction of the apartment is bit old so as such there are zero amenities in this society.there is no facility of cctv in the society which is matter of concern regarding sometime.Power back up faciliites are also not available in the society.

Construction quality of the society is fine, do like the fact ki yhan seepage, termite and all ke issues ni hote.
Things need improvement
I do not like the fact ki water supply ka bohot issue rehta hai yhan. school and hospital bohot door hai yhan se. their are not much of amenities as it is appartment not a society complex.

Good things here
We easily gets autos, rickshaws and buses. Moreover the metro station is near as well. So, we can say that the overall connectivity of the society is well established. I would like to give it a 5. Adding on to this, Schools, hospitals and market places are nearby as well.
Things need improvement
People here are not friendly, No bondings have been seen in the perople residing in the society. Maintenance is really poor, Maintenance charges are higher but the kind of maintenance facilities that have been provided do not justifies the charges. The management should definitely ensure the good maintenance of the society. Another concern is raised when we see at the Amenities provided by the society which are really less. No gyms and clubhouses are there in the society.

Connectivity is fine of society as cabs and autos are easily available. metro is also available near and malls and markets are available around the society so never had an issue regarding that and this is something i like about the society for students like me NSI coachings are nearby and a lot of students live in this society so i is good for the students, as well as everyone, is here only. so society is a mix of people from various economical classes. water and electricity supply is good. their are a lot of food outlets nearby as well. airport is very near from the society and elevated roads are also available as its directly connected with the Jaipur highway.
Things need improvement
Roads constructed around the society are very bad and need to be repaired. the society is very congested there are no open spaces. roads band ho jaate hai so there should be fixed rutes.

Connectivity in the society is good, there is a metro station around the society, public transport is easily available and the people of the society are also very good and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The construction of the society is so old that plaster falls from many places, so there is a great need for construction in the society and the roads of the society are very dilapidated due to which it gets flooded during the rainy season and because of that there are a lot of problems and no basic amenities are available in the society.

Good things here
People living in the society were very friendly and cooperative and the maintenace was up to the mark, the conneectivity as to transport or for shopping was pretty decent only.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was not that good, the plaster was not proper and basic amenities like pool, club house and all were not there at that time.

Good things here
Metro, cabs are available nearby. Maintainence and cleanliness is top notch. No issue of water logging or seepage. Swimming pools, gyms and other anemities are available. People are cooperative and helpful. The residents really happy with their society.
Things need improvement
The society does not have any issue as mentioned by the resident. No drawbacks were faced.
