Nearby, there are a few hospitals, and approximately 50 to 60 different school buses serve the area. All amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, basketball, badminton, and tennis courts, are available for residents to enjoy. Additionally, the community celebrates all festivals, such as Holi and Ganesh Chaturthi.
Things need improvement
In our society, there is a nearby Manipal hospital; however, it lacks emergency services, and at night, there are no doctors available, which is a significant concern for residents. Additionally, the maintenance charges are relatively expensive compared to other societies. Moreover, the rates at the supermarket within the community are high. There are also numerous seepage issues within the society. Furthermore, although there is a children's park within the society, the maintenance of it is poor.

Society's connectivity is excellent due to buses being available every 2 minutes within the vicinity, alongside reliable cab facilities. There are no issues related to water supply, and amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, pool, indoor activities, and spacious walking paths are well-maintained. The residents are friendly, and everyone actively participates in events and celebrations of festivals.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is not great, as there are often seepage problems and also frequent power cuts, particularly during the summer when there are no backup options available.

I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. At that time, the society had partnered with MY GATE. The cleanliness in the surroundings was commendable, with good water supply and efficient garbage collection services. The society was located on the outskirts of the city, where traffic wasn't an issue, and the environment was peaceful. Additionally, there was a hospital nearby, and bus facilities were available. The construction quality was decent, and amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, pool, and play area were provided. All festivals were celebrated, and various activities were also conducted.
Things need improvement
The problem within this society is that buildings were painted long ago, and in some places, honeybees are present, which is inconvenient for residents.

The society has ample space for tree panting and a breezy atmosphere retains all over the campus. This place offers a huge place for car parking also. They proposed us to ad some external amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, parks for kids, lawn, a basketball and badminton court etc. The workers of this place are so favourable and beneficial in every emergency as they promised. The security services of this place are quite good.
