Good things here
My society offers convenient transportation options nearby, including autos and cabs. Essential amenities like shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Security is strong with CCTV and dedicated guards, ensuring safety. Well-maintained lifts and sturdy construction provide comfort and durability. Utilities are reliable, and amenities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and play areas enhance residents' quality of life.
Things need improvement
The society sometimes struggles with maintenance and cleanliness, affecting hygiene standards. Water supply is inconsistent, often necessitating tanker deliveries due to frequent shortages.

Good things here
It's a good society, with good people and cordial people, it's good to stay here. All of the people here celebrate every festival together.
Things need improvement
There are differences among people that I don't like because of class differences, some of burglary incidents also witnessed.

Good things here
Autos are easily available. Traffic is low. Society is well maintained and clean. Neighbours are helpful and friendly. Really likes that society is on main road.
Things need improvement
Metro is not nearby. Gym, clubhouse and swimming pool are available but they are not functional since covid. Society has water dampness and seepage issues. Water logging is also an issue during rainy season.

Construction use very good quality of material. location is very good. nearby mall,markets,public transport rae easy to catch.

Maintaintenance quality is very bad. lift are very old thats why sometimes lift are facing some issues. electrician are not avialble on the time .

Society me sab kuch acha hai, society best hai amenities available hai visitors parking hai, greenery hai, quality of construction material is very good.
Things need improvement
Mujhe nahi lagta ke yaha kisi improvement ki zarurat hai already sab kuch improved hai, mall hai nearby sadke achi hai saaf rehti hain.

Connective or construction quality achi hai or ek society me jitni facilities ki need honi chahiye wo sab yaha available hai.
Things need improvement
Society old hai isliye mujhe lagta hai yaha cheeze update honi chahiye jaise ki lift purani hai to wo bar bar kharab ho jati hai to lift change honi chaahiye or society ke har ek flat me intercom hona chahiye.

Overall my experience was very good, everything in Society was very good, public transport was available outside the Society and the construction quality was also very good.
Things need improvement
The elevator maintenance of the society was not good because out of all the elevators, one elevator was always in service.

Good things here
It's easy to find and use public transport like buses, cabs, and autos because there's a main road outside the neighborhood. The market area is a bit far from the neighborhood. Maintenance is well taken care of. There are no mosquito issues inside the neighborhood. There's a power backup in the neighborhood. We have a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and they are well maintained.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not close to the area. There can be issues with water seepage on the ground and first floors in the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood are not welcoming to pets. Neighbors are not very friendly to us because we have a dog in our house. Festivals are not celebrated together in the neighborhood.

I ensure that maintenance and cleanliness are properly done in our community. I appreciate the availability and functionality of CCTV cameras, lifts, and other amenities. I haven't encountered any water logging issues, which is a relief. I find the people in our community to be friendly and cooperative, which makes living here pleasant. I'm glad that markets, schools, and hospitals are conveniently located nearby for easy access. I enjoy the great connectivity options we have, including metro, cabs, and buses, which makes commuting hassle-free. Overall, I find the environment of our society to be quite pleasant and conducive to a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
Society is getting developed day by day. The residents are not facing any issues as of now and they find the society quite good. Greenary is all around the society. A suitable place to live.
