The connectivity is commendable, with easy access to public transport options such as buses, autos, and cabs, ensuring convenient travel within and beyond the area. The well-maintained roads further facilitate smooth commuting. Having essential amenities nearby, including schools, hospitals, and markets, adds to the convenience of daily life. Proper ventilation in the residential units ensures a fresh and airy atmosphere indoors, promoting overall well-being. The provision of designated parking spaces for each resident, coupled with adherence to parking rules, helps maintain orderliness within the community. Regular garbage collection services contribute to the cleanliness of the surroundings, while uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply ensure residents' comfort and convenience. Additionally, the availability and maintenance of modern amenities like the gym and clubhouse enhance the quality of life for residents. The presence of installed and well-maintained elevators further facilitates easy access to different floors within the buildings

The seemingly well-maintained roads outside the society are marred by frequent encroachment issues, leading to traffic congestion and inconvenience for residents. The absence of proper segregation between wet and dry garbage further compounds environmental concerns and detracts from the overall cleanliness of the area. Additionally, the lack of effective security measures is concerning, with reports of unattended items cluttering staircases and instances of seepage problems within some residences. Residents' grievances are often met with delays in resolution, indicating a need for more efficient management of issues within the community. Furthermore, the absence of modern amenities like a gym or clubhouse limits recreational options for residents, while the effectiveness of the available CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guard is questioned by some members of the community. Lastly, a lack of cooperation and friendliness among residents diminishes the sense of community spirit within the society, highlighting the need for improved interpersonal relations among neighbors. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the overall living experience for everyone in the society

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is great as public transport and local transport is easily available near by the society. Rooms are spacious and isolated,balcony are there in the units,quality of the construction is really great. High security system in the society,cctv survilance in all over area. Cleaniness is top,time to time mopping and all done in the society,timely garbage collection in the society.
Things need improvement
Mohini towers is stand alone building and there are no amenities in this society only small space for kids playground is there even parking has been provided in open space and it is not allocated. maintenece charges are bit high in this society which is not worth the facilities. there were no as such socialism in the society and even no frequent festivals were celebrated in the society.

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment is good as railway station and bus stop is near by the society. quality of the construction is good as there were no issues regarding seepage and rooms were quite spacious. High security system as all the areas were under cctv survilance. Atmosphere of the society was really peaceful and calm. cleaniness was top notch as timely garbage collectrion is done in the society even there is dustbin in every corner.
Things need improvement
This is just simple building and there are no amenities in the society only lift is available. parking is available for owners only and visiotrs parking is not available. There is no socialism at all everybody is busy in there own personal life and they were not concern about any one in the society.
