Good things here
The best thing about this society is that metro station is nearby, which makes our commuting very easy and comfortable. The other plus point about the society is that location is very good, it is very close to the Industrial area. We get the public transports very easily and the roads are well built as well. Therefore it is good in terms of overall connectivity.
Things need improvement
The main problem which has been constantly faced by the residents of the society is related to the waterlogging issue at the time of rainy season. Also, cleanliness of the society is an area of concern. There has been a limit on the amenities as there are no gyms, clubhouses or not even the swimming pools.

Good things here
Awesome and Best location for Working professionals whose work place is in Udyog Vihar or Cyber City. Wonder your office is 2 minutes walk !! Market, malls, schools and hospitals are within just 1 km radius. Heaven Location.
Things need improvement
I don't think of any dislikes as such. Location is amazing. Heaven for working professionals. You will not find better location on Rent than DLF Phase 3 in terms of ease of living

Good things here
The people living around are friendky and cooperative, Since its our own bunglow so it depends on us when its come up to the construction qualitu and maintenance quality, The connectivity is up to the mark as cabs and all are aslo easily accessible.

I like everything here as its our own place so we personally do take case of it.

Good things here
The construction of the apartment was good, indicating a sturdy and reliable structure. The presence of nearby markets provided convenience to access necessities easily.
Things need improvement
I used to live 5 years back. It is a apartment not a society. Lack of internet connectivity and amenities was inconvenient. The area is described as third class and underdeveloped. Issues with electricity and water supply further detract from the overall living experience in the apartment.

Local transport available, gym, schools & hospitals available nearby. Locality in a prime location.
Things need improvement
No swimming pool & clubhouse available in the locality, no facilities like these. Parking can also be improved.

The best part of the society was that the connectivity was very good and public transport was easily available.
Things need improvement
There was no security, there was only 1 park and that too was used like a public park, no amenities like a gym swimming pool etc.

Celebrate every festival in the social like a family. Connectivity like cabs and autos are available is contained. Swimming pool maintenance is good.

Maintaining of the lift is not good it's getting always repairs. Construction quality also not good there WS a leakage issues on the walls.

Good things here
The amenities of the society are very good and well maintained and the metro and school are very close.
Things need improvement
The local people there have committee shops in front, due to which there is a very crowded area and they throw water on the road due to which the area becomes very unhygienic.

Inside the society roads are not proper maintained like potholes are there on the road this is the main drawback of the society.

There was a water supply issue in the society mainly in the summer season and the infrastructure was not good there.

Roads are very well maintained, streets are having good light system.parks are well maintained, transportation easily available here, market is located at short distance only.

There's a great school nearby, and Neelkanth Hospitals are close by as well. The construction of the society is good, and there's a spacious gym and swimming pool available. Plus, the residents are nice.

The society is very new. Parking is available, Power backup is there. Metro station is very near. Social life is also very good.

This is a premium project. My family is very impressed with the facilities like earthquake resistance, power backup lift, sewage treatment plant, 24-hour security, garbage disposal, fire fighting system, etc. The residential project is close to educational institutions, hospitals, cricket stadiums, and parks. We are eagerly awaiting the possession.

The residential community has easy accessibility. The rooms have high-class fittings along with balconies that overlook the beautiful landscape. The basic amenities offered are clubhouse, gymnasium, parking, jogging track, badminton court, yoga area and many other facilities. I am looking forward to move in soon.

The construction quality in my society is up to the mark, i acn easily access amy transport mediun very easily by walking distance, the society is good in terms of secrurity as it has good number of guards and cctv inside it,
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not that good and goes for the maintenace quality aswee, the people living inside the society are not very cooperative and friendly.

Good things here
The society has great connectivity in terms of metro, cabs and buses. These are available nearby. Maintainence and Cleanliness is properly done. CCTV cameras, lift and others are available and works really good. No water logging issues. People are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The society has some issues regarding painting as it is not done frequently and sometimes seepage occurs in the buildings. The seepage issue is very common in the society during monsoons and this issue has to be taken into consideration.

The contruction quality is decent in the society and the maintenance is up to the mark, if i talk about the secruity thing then also there are enough cctv, guards in the society.

There is a huge connectivity issue in the society as residents dont easily get cab, auto etc to travel from thr society, The society dont have basic amenities such as club house, pool or yoga centre.

There was so much dust around the committee that it caused a lot of problems. We could not see much even during the day because of the dust.

I have a 2BHK flat and interiors are spacious enough. Since the location is developing fast, the value of the flat will increase in near future. 9/7 security, water and good maintenance around make residing here worth. However, the project isn't that great in terms of interior space, fitting and overall quality.

Come home to DLF Phase 3 and a lot more to that fabulous design and brilliant view, things are simply to perfection! Construction quality wise, they have excelled and the façade in glass is an architectural masterpiece

What can I really say about DLF Phase 3 other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big projects in Gurgaon. Location is the best part of project for me. All major highways, school, hospital nearby along with metro, railway station, my own office and more are nearby.

DLF Phase 3 is one the best-connected localities of Gurgaon. Surrounded by NH 8 and MG Road on both sides, the locality also has access to two metro lines. Guru Dronacharya Metro station on the Yellow line of Delhi metro, and Moulsari Avenue station, Phase 3 station and Phase 2 station. It has helped me to go for my work easily.
