All modern amenities are available in the society, including a well-maintained swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a clubhouse, a hall, a garden, and a park. These amenities are highly maintained by a dedicated maintenance team, and tenants can use them without paying extra charges. Security is robust, with guards present 24/7 throughout the society. There is a 24/7 water and electricity supply. Both owners and visitors have allocated parking, which is quite spacious. The lifts in the society are well-maintained, with timely services ensuring smooth operation. Overall, the society offers a comfortable and inclusive living environment with excellent facilities�and�security.
The build quality of the apartment was not great, with issues regarding leakages and seepages. However, the maintenance team was actively working to fix these problems�permanently. The building has not conducted any large-scale tests for earthquake readiness, which raises concerns about its resilience in the event of a seismic event. One major drawback is the lack of a PMC (Pune Municipal Corporation) water connection. Residents have to rely on water tanks and facilities, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, maintenance charges tend to increase if there are significant repairs or upgrades required, adding to the financial burden�on�residents.

Parking is adequately available in the society. Maintenance is consistently excellent, ensuring cleanliness and proper hygiene standards are maintained. Timely garbage collection and pest control are diligently carried out. Paintings and maintenance tasks are completed promptly as scheduled. Lifts are installed and operational, providing convenient access within the buildings. There are no issues with waterlogging inside or outside the society, thanks to a well-functioning drainage system. The water supply is reliable with good quality water. Additionally, the community atmosphere is friendly and cooperative.
The construction quality in the society is subpar, with recurring issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Essential facilities and amenities like a gym, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not provided. Connectivity is average, with public transportation not easily accessible within walking distance outside the society. Additionally, the society is not directly connected to the main road, leading to significant traffic issues exacerbated by narrow roads outside the area.

The main mode of transport is limited to rickshaws, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, traffic management during rush hours needs improvement to ensure smoother commutes. The building's construction is okay. There are no problems with seepage or cracks. There are amenities like swimming pools available, which add to the convenience and enjoyment of living here. Maintenance is well taken care of. There are lifts, and garbage collection is regular, ensuring cleanliness. The area has good connectivity. There are convenient parking options, and autos and cabs are easy to find. Living in this community is a pleasant experience, people here are also very good and engaging. Shopping malls, grocery shops, hospitals all are situated nearby the soc which makes it much more convenient to live here.
There are no gyms and a seperate playing area for children . Children play in the public parks only. Apart from this, everything is nice and i enjoy living here.

Public transport such as autos and rickshaws was easily available. The construction quality was good, and ventilation was adequate. Grocery stores, malls, and markets were all nearby. Maintenance of the society was good, with timely garbage collection. Facilities like lifts, CCTV cameras, and security guards were well-maintained. Both covered and uncovered parking were available in the society. Modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area were all available.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, there were no festivals or activities, and many amenities were temporarily closed. Overall, everything was good, and I felt no need for any improvements in the society.

There were excellent amenities like a gym, pool, and clubhouse where we can relax and socialize. The people were friendly & decent. The flats were well ventilated & spacious. Society was kept clean. It was a decent place to live with everything you need for a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Public transport was an issue. Autos were not accessible, there was no metro nearby. Society was on main road. There was a lot of network issue with mobile connectivity, we were not able to use Jiofiber. The area was not fully developed with issue of of power cuts. There was also an issue of disturbance & pollution due to ongoing construction near the society.

Auto,cabs are easily available in the society. Schools,hopsitals are around the society. society is very well maintened. All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional. All the cultural events are being celebrated in the society.
There are seepage issues in the apartment,so build quality is below average. Allocated parking is not there in the society,You have to bought it while buying house.

Living here was convenient in many ways. Auto cabs were readily available despite being 4 km from the main road. The community was filled with educated and friendly individuals. Additionally, having a clubhouse added to the overall appeal
Living here has its drawbacks. There are issues with leakage and termite infestations, which can be quite frustrating and inconvenient. These problems significantly affect the overall living experience.

Autos and buses were available near the society. There were no leakages or cracks in the walls of the flats. The people in the society were very nice. The society was very clean. Water was available 24/7. There was enough parking space for both residents and visitors.
The roads outside the society were not good, they were narrow. The society had modern amenities, but they were not maintained at all. Our landlord was not very cooperative.
