May 12, 2023: Casagrand has launched Casagrand Majestica in Manapakkam, Chennai. Spread across 11.8 acres, the luxury housing project will offer 646 units, including 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. The starting price will be Rs 78 lakh. The RERA-registered project will likely be handed over in 24 months.
Casagrand Majestica will offer over 90 amenities, including a 3,600 sqft swimming pool, a 4,000 sqft gym, amphitheatre, outdoor Jacuzzi, aerobics corner, steam/sauna and mini golf court. Other features include a jungle gym, basketball hoop, obstacle arena, senior citizens seating and leisure seating. The project is designed with a basement car park and a 32,000 sqft clubhouse equipped with a variety of indoor amenities.
Located in the southern IT corridor just five minutes from Guindy, Casagrand Majestica enjoys convenient connectivity with various IT parks, corporate offices, commercial centres, schools, colleges, hospitals and an upcoming metro station. Kathipara Flyover connects Manapakkam with other major parts of Chennai like Mount Road, Guindy, KK Nagar, Alandur, Meenambakkam, Vadapalani, Porur, Pallavaram, Chrompet etc. The appreciation of the location has increased by 20% over the last couple of years. Casagrand has also undertaken the construction of a new road that will connect the surrounding areas to Casagrand Majestica project site.
