With an aim to cater to the increased demand for family-oriented spacious homes in the backdrop of the Coronavirus pandemic, Chennai-based builder Casagrand has announced the launch of a children-themed housing project, Casagrand Utopia, at Manapakkam, Chennai. Registered under the Tamil Nadu RERA, the project is likely to be delivered in the next 24 months.
The project
Consisting of 673 units in various configurations, including 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK units, the project is spread over an area of around 10.19 acres. These units are sized between 991 sq ft and 4,144 sq ft.
Keeping in mind the increased need for open spaces, 60% of the project area has been kept for that purpose.
The amenities
According to the builder, Casagrand Utopia has over 80 amenities. As it is a kid-themed project, various amenities at the project are meant specifically for children, including a human-sized hamster wheel, a crèche, VR games, 3D-rock climbing, a learning center, a mini hockey rink, a water slide, robotics station and smart tuition kiosks. A three-tier security system, dedicated pick up and drop zones and kids’ waiting lounge, are some of the other facilities, which have been provided keeping in mind the requirements of a family with children. Among the amenities that the project offers are a gym meant for senior citizens, a digital workout center, a squash court, a silent disco, etc.
Pricing
Units at the project are priced at Rs 4,999 per sq ft.
“Given the prevailing low home loan interests and other deals, this is the right time to invest in property. Casagrand Utopia is an ideal community for families, in a prime location and at a reasonable cost,” said Eshwar N, chief marketing officer, Casagrand.
