October 25, 2023: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) has extended the online registration deadline of the Cidco lottery 2023 Inclusive Housing Scheme (IHS) till October 27, 2023. As a result, the online lottery draw for this scheme will be now held on November 22, 2023. Previously, it was scheduled to happen on November 8, 2023.
The online registration can be done on Cidco lottery website https://lottery.cidcoindia.com/App/
According to the Cidco lottery portal, for all the non-winner and waitlist applicants who desire to withdraw, an amount of Rs 2,000 will be forfeited and Rs 1,500 will be refunded.
The scheme whose registration started on September 21, 2023, will give around 181 units. Of these, 164 units will be given to the lower income group (LIG) and 17 will be given to the economically weaker section (EWS).
The scheme is in accordance to the DCPR of the NAINA (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area) project according to which private developers offering more than 4,000 sqm are responsible to develop projects for the EWS and LIG segment as well. This translates to 20% of the project area under NAINA being made available for the EWS and LIG segments.
Once the lucky draw is done, Cidco will not be responsible for any further actions and the winner list will be given to the developers.
