September 20, 2023: The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) announces the Cidco lottery 2023 Inclusive Housing Scheme (IHS) under which 181 units will be given away.
While seventeen units will be given to the economically weaker section (EWS), 164 units will be given to the lower income group (LIG).
This is in accordance to the DCPR of the NAINA project under which private developers with more than 4,000 sqm have to develop projects for the EWS and LIG. In this, way 20% of the project area under Naina is made available for the EWS and LIG segments.
Online registration for the IHS starts September 21, 2023 and the ends on September 29, 2023. The online application for the IHS will be processed from September 29, 2023 to October 19, 2023 and the online payment for the lottery can be made in the same period. The draft list of the lottery will be published on November 2, 2023, the final list will be published on November 4, 2023. The lucky draw will be held on November 29, 2023 at the Cidco Bhavan in Navi Mumbai.
The lucky draw winners will be sent to the concerned developers who will be take over from there with following tasks including payment, home loan and registration of the property. Cidco will not be responsible for any further actions once the list of lucky winners are handed over to the developers.
