September 20, 2023: India Sotheby’s International Realty, a luxury real estate transaction and advisory firm, has signed the exclusive sales and marketing mandate with The Residency, Worli, Mumbai. The project offers 19 ultra-luxury residences which are ready with completion and occupancy certificates.
Situated in Mumbai’s Dr. Annie Besant Road in Worli, The Residency has one residence per floor with 18 residences and 1 duplex penthouse. These have a footprint of approximately 5,510 sqft, which includes 425 sqft of balcony space each. These residences can be customised to configurations up to 5 bedrooms.
