Haryana to offer 30% rebate on property payments till July 31
May 17, 2023: In a move to encourage citizens to pay their property tax, the Haryana government has increased the rebate on in the interest amount if the payments is made by July 31. As against 10% rebate, taxpayers in the state will not be allowed 30% concession on interest penalty on property tax liability. The government has increased the rebate by 20 percentage points. Citizens whose property tax is due should take advantage of this scheme by depositing the property tax,” Gurgaon deputy commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav told media.
Those living in urban areas across Haryana can access the unified Haryana ULB website and pay their property tax. This guide will explain the procedure.
Steps to pay ULB Haryana property tax online
Note: Before you start, note that you have to be a registered member to make the property tax payment. If you are not a registered member of the website, follow the steps under ‘How to register on ULB Haryana for property tax payment?’ to register for property tax payment on ULB Haryana.
Step 1: Go to the official website. Click on ‘Online Services’.
Step 2: Scroll down and click on the provided link.

Step 3: Select ‘Citizen’ as your login type and enter your registered mobile number to proceed.
Step 4: Provide the district, village, locality, house number, name of the owner and property number to make the payment.
