March 1, 2024: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (Mhada) has announced the MHADA Aurangabad lottery 2024 in which it will sell 941 homes and 361 plots. Of the total, around 233 units are available under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). Units under the lottery are available in areas, including Hingoli, Jalna, Latur, Padegaon and Nakshatrawadi district.

Mhada Aurangabad lottery 2024 registration
- Interested applicants have to do a single Mhada registration and participate in the Mhada Aurangabad lottery or any other Mhada board lottery.
- The Mhada lottery registration has to be done under Mhada Housing Lottery System IHLMS 2.0 at https://housing.mhada.gov.in/signIn.
- Note that all documents have to be submitted at the time of registration and only verified documents will be eligible for the Mhada Aurangabad lottery 2024.
- Documents that have to be submitted at the time of registration include PAN card, Aadhaar card, Domicile certificate, Income certificate, Affidavit, Photograph and E-Signature and acceptance letter.
- The Mhada lottery website has guidance information booklets, audio tapes, help files and help sites for people to refer to.
